We completely understand that having a broken elevator was much more than a minor inconvenience, particularly because you were dealing with a hurt foot. Having to navigate the stairs multiple times while injured would have been difficult and frustrating, and we sincerely apologize that this affected your stay. Unfortunately, the elevator is maintained by the resort/HOA and is outside of our direct control, but we absolutely understand how important it is for our guests and continue to advocate for its repair. We also apologize for the issue with the pool armbands. We’re glad our management team was able to resolve that promptly once you contacted us.
