Summary:
This popular vacation condo has an excellent view of the ocean, and of the gorgeous resort grounds. The resort has 4 swimming pools, swim up bar, restaurants, beautiful walking paths, beach volleyball, putting greens, and community BBQ grills. The resort is located smack in the middle of the most popular tourist area in the entire town called "Sandy Beach" with many restaurants, nightclubs and shops within walking distance.

The Space:
The balcony is everyones favorite part of the condo for enjoying views, and ocean breezes! This condo has a nice big kitchen and open space to the dining room and living room. Comfortable seating for all the guests, and a nice TV area. The 2 bedrooms are comfortable, sparkling clean and have nice window coverings. The condo has 2 full bathrooms, and a laundry room.

Peaceful Beachside Stay

Property was wonderful. Staff members onsite were friendly and helpful. Property was well kept. Host was communicative. I do think it would be helpful to list what features / amenities are available when. All water features were turned off and swim up bar was not available. Knowing what amenities are available would be helpful for first time visitors & would set proper expectations. Overall, we would book this location again and thoroughly enjoyed this experience!

Best View and Very Convenient!

One of the nicest stays on Sandy Beach. We took our wee pet, had lots of places to walk with him, and there is a lovely little restaurant on site. The view was stunning! Great internet for those of us who work remotely. Fab television. Just a lovely place to stay! We’ll be back!

First timers to Rocky Point

The property was amazing. Our condo was first class. The grounds and swimming pools were immaculate. The total stay was way above our expectations. The small restaurants in town were amazing. The service everywhere we went was amazing.

Beautiful condo and view.

Property was as described. The ocean view was beautiful as was the condo and adjacent property. Far enough away from the restaurants but close enough to be very convenient. Condo was perfect for one or two couples. We had two couples and everyone enjoyed the stay.

Amazing beach front w/all the amenities!

This place was a fantastic place for our family to stay! Beach front property, roof top bar, 3 pools, amazing views, and no hassle. Secure and convenient. I will absolutely be staying here for our next trip!!

Awesome Place

The condo was amazing with gorgeous views. It actually much bigger than the photos. It's easy to find, safe and the restaurant La Joya was delicious! It was quiet and cute. The dogs were happy. The patio had a whole view of the ocean, the skyline and the desert storm. It's a walk to the beach and it has not beach side property. So you have to take your own umbrella, chairs, etc. to the beach. Also the beach is very crowded and not very dog friendly.

Loved It So Much We'll Be Back

The property was by far the best place we've stayed at in Puerto Peñasco so far. The price was in our range and we got a lot more compared to other nearby properties. Everything was very clean when we arrived. The proximity to the beach was a short 5 minute walk. We pretty much had 1 of the 3 pools to ourselves every time we went. The plus is that our family pup was able to stay with us.

Great place with great view.

This was a very nice setup and we really enjoyed the grounds and pools. There was also a very nice restaurant on site that even our picky kids loved. The condo was very nice and clean inside. We had a spectacular view and it is a very short walk to get to the beach. We would stay here again. Thank you.

Peaceful and quiet, fun 18 hole putt putt golf course and just a couple minutes to beautiful beach..

Fun time with family. Enjoyed our spacious unit and we can't wait to come back!

View from condo was amazing! Enjoyed sitting out in the balcony with the amazing view of ocean or laying in bed from master bedroom or living sofa. Property was away from the craziness of spring break, quiet area. Not sure if it was just off season, but no water in the ponds or streams. Only 1 of 3 pools was semi heated. Would have loved to enjoy the infinity pool and swim up bar, but water too cold. All staff we encountered was very nice and helpful.

Great getaway

We had a great time and the condo was fabulous. The view was great and the manager commutation was always quick. If there was an issue, it would be the TV. The only channel we could get was Netflix, logging into our own account. It kept giving me an error, but I hit try again several times and finally saw a sign in. Everything else was great.

Great views

The ocean view from this unit is beautiful! Condo is clean and comfortable. Owner communication is excellent and addressed an issue we had very quickly! Kitchen is stocked with essentials, but no extra frills(ice cube trays). Internet works great, Tv has limited channels but has the ability to login with a Netflix accounts.
