This updated large 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhome is fantastically located between everything Downtown Rehoboth or Dewey Beach has to offer just a short walk or bike ride away. Hardwood floors throughout main living area, an open floor plan allowing plenty of space for entertaining, new stainless appliances, laundry room, and renovated bathrooms. Start planning your beach day while relaxing in the 3 seasons screened in porch or by the community pool.
You won’t beat this centrally located 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, with full kitchen and open floor plan. Smart TVs in all rooms, and plenty of upgrades for an enjoyable stay whether you’re stuck inside or just stopping in between enjoying the beach, local restaurants, or the other amenities the beaches have to offer.
Master suite has king sized bed, 55” TV, full bathroom with walk-in shower, and large walk-in closet. Plenty of room for an air mattress or two in this oversized bedroom.
2 additional rooms upstairs, one with a twin day bed + trundle bed, and another with an on-suite bathroom and queen sized bed.
Downstairs is another bedroom featuring a queen sized bed, and a half-bathroom adjacent.
Large living room with 65” TV and plenty of seating and floorspace. 4 barstools at the counter and plenty of space at the kitchen table make this open kitchen/living space perfect for entertaining and family getaways.
