Great house! We rented the home for the overflow of family to stay this weekend. The home is beautiful and the kitchen is spacious to cook meals in. The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and a block away from the beach. Sand and Sea provides a small starter pack of essentials. They will send a check list of what to bring. They answered and accommodated us promptly.

We had a great stay and the house was spot on with its description. The house was very clean, spacious, and is in a great location.

Annual Girls Trip

Home is spacious and comfortable. Mattresses were comfortable and everything was clean. LOVED the exterior covered deck! Had a great trip and will rent Just Beachy again.

Amazing vacations

We celebrated the birthday of our two year old granddaughter this weekend. The house was just a couple of houses from where she stayed with mom and dad. It was the perfect location. She enjoyed being at the beach, playing on the sand and looking at birds. It was an amazing vacation.

Easter Get-a-way

This was a good fit for our family of 9. Very close to the beach and nice back yard space for volleyball and games. I would stay here again but would bring things from home. No beach toys or chairs. (we brought toys but not chairs) There were no storage containers for any leftovers. And only glassware, no insulated plastic plastic cups which is always nice to have in a beach house. We only had bare minimum dish towels, soap, trash bags. I knew that would probably be the case but some VRBO homes come nicely stocked. The house it self was great. Comfy beds, lots of sitting areas, and nice deck areas. You can see and hear the ocean from the deck.
