4 Bedroom Nelson Lake cabin with beach. Sleeps 10

Welcome to Blue Haven Hideaway! Relax with family at this peaceful newly remodeled four bed, two bath, four season cabin located on beautiful Nelson Lake, just 8 miles from downtown Hayward. New Deck and Firepit in 2023. Easy access to ATV, snowmobile and mountain biking trails as well as thousands of acres of public hunting land. Snowmobile trail #4 runs right through the middle of Nelson Lake creating access to 100s of miles of beautiful trails. Cabin is equipped with all new stainless steel appliances and central air. Adult and child kayaks included. Includes a private dock and is steps away from a shared beach with swimming platform. Note: There are 3 outside security cameras installed for security and safety purposes. They are pointed at the driveway, the dock and on the walkway. There are no cameras inside the cabin.

Second stay at this beautiful property

Our second stay with our moms at this wonderful cabin was even better than our first. This property is consistently clean, beautiful and well-stocked with everything we need. We continue to appreciate the single-level floorplan for folks with mobility issues.

Nice vacation

It was a beautiful stay we enjoyed it very much. We did notice some dog poop in yard that my granddaughter fell in but it was still a delightful stay.

Great stay!

What a wonderful place to stay. It easily accommodated our 9 adult family members. Beautiful views. Great access to stores in downtown Hayward. Caught fish everyday. Will definitely stay again.

Blue Haven is awesome

Great property with wonderful accommodations. The location is great. The space is comfortable and cozy. The kayaks were so much fun and the kids had an awesome time swimming and making sand castles on the beach. There were tons of mosquitoes so make sure to bring big spray.

Annual Army buddies fishing trip

The property presented as advertised, plenty of room for the eight of us, clean and well stocked with all bath and kitchen essentials. The property owners are very accommodating and responded promptly to email messages. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun filled vacation.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great time during our stay. The cabin was beautiful on the inside, so clean, new and fresh.. It has everything you need including awesome views of the lake. Access to the snowmobile trail is right out the door. It was also nice that its a short drive into town. We will definitely come back again in both winter and summer. Thanks again for such a nice place.

Awesome Place

Great place. We have stayed here a few times now. Right off the trail for snowmobiling, with convenient parking. Great lake for fishing. House is newly remodeled and well laid out with private rooms and 2 baths with showers. 10 out of 10

Perfect family getaway

This was our first time staying at this house, and it could not have been more perfect! The location was nice as it was out of the way, yet still close enough to town. The cabin was very clean and had everything we could ever need. There was enough space for my family of 6. We loved our trip year and cannot wait to come back next year! We would recommend this place to anyone if there are coming up to the Hayward area!

Great Family Stay

This property is very clean. We were amazed at all the "little things" we found...fans, hand soap, great linens, lots of games, lots of kitchen utensils....I could go on & on. The view is fabulous. We enjoyed sitting on the deck for our morning coffee. We highly recommend this property.

Snowmobile Destination Hayward, WI

We had an enjoyable stay in Hayward, WI. This cabin was great!! Very comfortable for our group of 8. Connected right to the trails, we had great snow and riding. Very convenient for snowmobiles. We appreciated the ability to cook and prep meals in the kitchen. The open kitchen and living room space allowed us to gather and socialize with each other. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay.

Comfortable cute cabin on quiet lake

My family and I (3 children, 10,8,2) recently stayed here for a fall color/side by side getaway. We found the cabin to be very charming. It was very clean and had all the necessary things to make you feel like home. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The location. Was perfect for us, it was a easy about 10 minute drive to Hayward and the side by side trails were right out the driveway. Lake Nelson seems to be a very nice lake, because of the season, it was very quiet and beautiful.

Very accessible home on gorgeous lake

This is a beautiful property on a gorgeous lake. My wife and I brought our moms for a long weekend and it was perfect for us. It is rare that we find a property with everything that we need in our situation, and this place had it all. Our moms have mobility issues and this one-level cabin allowed us to bring them right to the lake and the fire pit. The owners are fantastic and they went the extra mile to make sure the dock was in for us, even though we were very early in the season. We are very grateful to have found this perfect gem. We already have it booked again for this Fall.

Wonderful Stay at Blue Haven

We would like to thank you for allowing us to stay at your cabin. As ususal, everyhting was fully stocked and there was nothing that we needed. We enjoyed the updated fire pit. The four of us meet once a year to catch up and relax. Your cabin gives us that comfortable retreat and place to relax Thank you for making our times memorable. We plan to return again next year.
