Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Appartement. Diese Wohnung ist sehr mit allem ausgestattet und befindet sich in einer zauberhaften Wohnanlage mit Swimmingpool. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett und freundlich.

More than i expected

The property looked very nice on line and it was even more impressive in person. The host met me personally and was very nice. Always available for any questions. My children visited for a couple days and the condo is located 4 miles away. Convenient to downtown and one of my favorite beaches. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling to the area!

Perfect Stay

This place was perfect for our two week stay in Sarasota. It was so clean and comfortable. Loved having coffee on the Lanai in the morning and wine during sunset. The condo was also close to restaurants and shops, along with a short drive to the many beaches. The downtown area is lovely and the airport is about a 10 minute drive. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again next year.

The condo and location was perfect. Julie is very responsive with emails. The furniture is very nice and we loved the ease the keyless entry. The pool area is very nice and the residents were so nice to visit with.

Mit die beste Ferienwohnung, die wir gebucht hatten.

Diese Ferienwohnung hat alles, was das Herz begehrt. Waschmaschine, Trockner sowie Spülmaschine benutzten wir reichlich. Das war bisher die beste Ferienanlage, die wir je gebucht hatten. Es war ein schöner Pool sowie ein Fitnessstudio zur allgemeinen Nutzung vorhanden. Das Areal ist abgeschlossen und durch 2 Tore erreichbar. Man fühlt sich hier sehr sicher. Die Vermieterin und der Hausmeister sind sehr nett. Anfragen werden sofort zur vollsten Zufriedenheit beantwortet. Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig und das Ein- sowie Auschecken sehr problemlos. Da werden wir sicher wieder buchen.

We had an amazing time in this spotless condo.Everything was great,kitchen had everything what you needed. A lot of new towels !There are plenty of space , a living room ,2 big bedrooms ,2 bathrooms and nice balcony with the pool view.You feel like you are at your own home! The resort is beatifful, pool and grounds are gorgeous.Its very quiet area so you can enoy so much! Julie,the host was lovely and very communicative !She gave us a few good tips.Mexican restaurant its a must just few minutes away!Sunset at Siesta Key Beach and Anna Maria Island were approximately 20-35 minutes away Thank you so much for having us and for a wonderfull week at Sarasota area! We recommend this condo to everyone and yes ,definitely we would love to comeback one day! Thank you again!!!

Great location and amazing unit!!!

Very well taking care of unit. In real much better than pictures. It is a 3rd floor unit with everything you need. Close to stores and ocean. Great property. Would recommend 100%.

Relaxing get away

A long time friend and I spent a week relaxing by the pool and catching up. The 3 floor walk up kept these 75 and 77 year old women in shape!!

Home Away From Home

Our stay was wonderful. There was four of us (two couples) and the size of the condo was perfect for us. It allowed two separate sleeping spaces with each having their own bathroom which was great! The condo was very nicely set up with big walk in closets filled with so many extra possible needed things that made our stay so much easier. Everything from beach chairs/towels to a cooler to beach bags to extra linen to a fully stocked kitchen. The washer and dryer right off the kitchen was one of my highlights so we didn’t have to come home with any dirty clothes! Julie was very easy to communicate with and left excellent easy check in instructions. The week we had in Florida visiting family was excellent and the rental just made it so much easier for us! I would highly recommend this rental and Julie!

Great property!

This condo was in a great Sarasota location! Check-in and communication with the host was seamless and her condo had everything we could need for the five of us. It’s not huge, but very homey and comfortable. Pool area was resort-like and beautiful. Thank you for a great week!

Beautiful condo with all the amenities I could ever need

This VRBO rental was fantastic! Everything that needed, but could never have packed was there for me! It's nicely appointed and very comfortable. The host was quick to respond to any questions I had. Highly recommend this one!

Great Location - Great Stay

Condo was as good as it looks on the listing. Location is close to everything. Kitchen was well equipped and the complex has great facilities. I will certainly look at using this property again in the future.

Great apartment, great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful apartment. It was well stocked, beautifully decorated and convenient to all the local attractions. The bonus was the covered, reserved parking spot. Our hosts were responsive and easy to work with.

Amazing home away from home

I cannot speak highly enough of this home, or the kindness of Julie. Julie has been an absolute gem to communicate with throughout our whole rental process: from her initial line of communication, providing us with very detailed directions (that I still managed to mess up after a long day of travel), to our departure day. Julie was very responsive any time we had a question. The home itself is very clean and well managed. Julie has thought of EVERYTHING to make the stay as comfortable as possible. From beach towels, to beach chairs, and any kitchen utensil (plus more) that we needed. Both bedrooms have large walk in closets with plenty of room for our family of 5 to have their own space for personal items, as well as breaks from each other if needed. There are a few games, puzzles and books around the home. The master bed was amazing and provided a good nights sleep. There is a screened porch that was amazing to sit on for early morning coffee, and late night escapes to process through the daily events. Julie even has an extra mattress stored in the closet if needed. The locals are all very nice and communicated with us while we utilized the pool area. This area was also clean and easily accessible. There is an exercise room we did not end up getting a chance to check out. The Serenata is conveniently located near several stores and restaurants, with several beaches located close by. We were very appreciative of the hospitality this home (and Julie) had offered on our vacation. We look forward to renting from Julie again in the future!

Perfect place for a getaway!

Beautiful complex and condo with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Julie was so easy to communicate with and she thought of everything when supplying the condo—even sending Amazon orders while we were there for things she thought we may need. The complex has great amenities, we loved it being gated and always felt secure. Can’t recommend this unit enough. We loved drinking coffee on the balcony and being on the 3rd floor gave a great view of the pond and pool. The location of the complex couldn’t be better, it’s centrally located and an easy drive to AMI end or Siesta Key end and everything in between. UTC mall area is just down the street with the best shopping and food. Our favorite was Mi Pueblo which was just across the street—fun spot with authentic Mexican food, Mariachi band and great drinks. So glad to have found this condo, we will definitely stay again when in town visiting family!
