Thank you Nancy for letting us stay in your beautiful condo. It honestly felt like home, it was so well stocked with everything you could ever need! The beds were very comfortable and the view of the water from the lanai was wonderful! We will definitely be returning!

Nancy is a great host. The condo was pleasant, clean and well equipped to support activities such as golf and going to the beach. The lanai looks out over a pond and golf course hole, where you can enjoy watching a variety of birds and other wildlife. The transfer membership was well worth it to access several pools, pickle ball, and golf.

Super clean, spacious, charming and very home like. Easy come and go. Owner was very responsive, even when on the other side of the world. Highly recommend. Would use again in a heartbeat. Very nice community, too.

River Strand Stay

Owner was very responsive . Condo was extremely well equipped and the surrounding environment provided activities as well as a peaceful setting. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent communication with property owners. Property is exacting as described. We stayed 4 weeks between homes. Fully furnished and stocked just like home. River Strand is beautiful and minutes away froalk Lakewood Ranch has to offer. Approximately 7 miles from UTC.

Amazing place

It is an absolute gem. The property is perfectly located and has everything you need. You have beautiful view on the golf course and amazing sunset. The property is very quiet and offers a ton of activities if you take the membership that gives you access to the club, including the golf course where you will still have fee to pay to play.

Highly recommend this property. The host was super helpful, kept us informed and communicated with us at the start and end. The property the community is in, is amazing. It is a gated community with multiple pools/hot tubs (you do need to pay extra for the use of these and they come with a golf time as well). I don’t golf, but used the pools pretty much every day. The condo itself, was great. Amazing views overlooking the golf course and a pond that has a couple alligators in it. It was super cool seeing them every day. The condo has everything you need. They just ask that you replace items you may use for the next renter. We ended up replacing shampoo/conditioner, laundry items and dish soap. They really have everything. They have a nice size gym or Crunch was right down the street. Aldi’s and Costco are close by as well. Just a short trip to the beaches. We had a wonderful time and for our next long stay, we will choose this place again. We stayed 3 weeks and it felt like home.

Terrific experience, the place is in a beautiful location with friendly and helpful neighbors (and owners). I couldn't have imagined how well-equipped the condo is, just about everything you can imagine is there. This made us feel really welcome and relaxed, and the owners were attentive to our notes and needs. They'll undoubtedly upgrade the kitchen faucet, which was rather problematic; other than that, everything was perfect and lovingly maintained.

Great place to stay!

We stayed a few weeks here and it was perfect. Everything about this condo is beautiful, especially the lanai, we loved to sit out there in the morning or evening and just listen to the multiple birds around the property, and also gator watch! We opted for the membership transfer and it was a great choice. We enjoyed the pools, fitness center and played a few rounds of golf. We met some wonderful people throughout the community as well. The condo is close to grocery stores and Restaurants. It was perfectly cleaned and welcoming, and well stocked. Had everything we needed. we would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Stay

The condo is exactly as the pictures show and the view was more relaxing then expected. The kitchen was extremely well outfitted, there are 2 Publix grocery stores within 10 minutes and don't miss stopping at one of the fresh fish markets in Cortez. We took advantage of the local pool, 5 min walk for swimming laps every day. There were rarely more than a couple other people there when we were there mid-day. Thank you Nanci for being a great host, sharing your condo and all of your assistance.

Great

Great home for a wonderful vacation in paradise. This condo has all the amenities necessary for a successful vacation. Clean! Really important for me! Gorgeous, comfortable. Fabulous vacation spot

This is one of the most well equipped homes we have ever stayed in. Everything about it was top notch. The host was extraordinarily responsive. We had an issue with the air conditioning and she had a technician there in less than a half an hour. Unbelievable! The lanai has a beautiful view of a lake tbat is filled with the sounds of a variety of beautiful birds. Very relaxing We would highly recommend this condo as a vacation spot.

Impeccably maintained and decorated to feel like home. The best part is thekindness of the owners!

This is our second year staying at Nanci & Brian's lovely condo with a great view, well equipped kitchen and CLEAN!! We will be back again, if at all possible. The owners go to great lengths to assure your stay feels just like home. No request is too small, no problem goes unattended, and their warm kindness makes them feel more like friends than 2 people running a rental business. We don't golf, but our golfing friends in the area claim this as one of their favorite courses. HIGHLY recommend, just so long as they don't get so booked up that we can't get a reservation! Thanks for another great stay.

Very nice property!

My husband and I spent the month of January 2016 at this condo and really enjoyed our stay. It is in a great location to golf, play tennis, take long walks or just relax. The condo was very clean and we had everything we needed - the kitchen was well stocked with everything necessary to prepare meals. The owners were excellent to deal with. After we were there a few days, they contacted us to make sure there were no issues and provided their contact information should we need to reach them. They had left detailed instructions to guide us during our stay which was very handy. Thank you Nanci!

Lovely, clean, comfortable condo with GREAT owners!

We enjoyed every day of our month in this very nicely maintained condo unit. Fully-equipped kitchen, which is such a pleasure. We cook a lot. Relaxing back porch where you can watch the wildlife and the golfers. We had lots of guests over and it was so homey, you really felt almost like you were at home. Stayed in a lot of places in Bradenton, since we live in WA state, and can't really bring much on the plane, and it's so nice to stay in a place that's as clean as a whistle and cozy (not small!). Can't say enough about how accommodating the owners were. The BEST! Thanks for that.

Wonderful vacation home!

During our recent trip to Bradenton for a baseball tournament at Pirate City, we decided to rent this home rather than stay in a tiny hotel room. The pictures do not do this condo justice. It is spacious, beautifully decorated, and the grounds are secure and lovely! It has more closets than my own home! Everything needed for a relaxing time was provided. It was so nice to be able to purchase groceries and prepare meals at home when we wanted. The patio was peaceful (there is a lovely set of patio furniture, not pictured) and it has a beautiful view of the golf course and pond. The location was perfect - close to everything, shopping, restaurants, and only a 15 minute drive to Pirate City. Nanci was very pleasant, quick to respond to my emails, and was extremely accommodating. We would not hesitate to rent this home again!

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben in einem sehr guten Zustand. Es war alles vorhanden was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Die Vermieterin zu jederzeit erreichbar. Werden wir gerne wieder buchen.

As Good As It Gets

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this property in River Strand. Nanci and her husband were delightful to work with and very responsive. You can tell they take great pride in their home. It was stocked with anything you can imagine needing for an extended stay. We enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen as well as going to local restaurants that were seating outside. The view of the pond and array of crazy birds ( and 2 alligators) offered tons of enjoyment from the lanai. The pools and golf are also great. Don’t hesitate to book this darling condo. It’s as good as it gets!

Nice, cozy and welcoming condo!

My husband and I just recently sold our house and needed a place to stay with our overly active 5 year old son until we could close on the purchase of our new home. Nancy and Brian were very welcoming, they thought of every single detail to make sure guests feel at home. From the "Welcome Binder" to the smallest details of having some groceries available for our consumption, this made our very stressful move so much easier and pleasant. We highly recommend this condo to anyone that is looking to enjoy a nice getaway, or even someone that just wants a change in scenery and pace.
