Beautiful condo! We used the grill and it worked fine. We loved the pool at night time. Plus, it’s minutes from the lake.

Cute condo in the perfect location. Quiet community. Close to the lake, restaurants and shopping. Perfect for 2 adults. We would definitely stay again.

Great experience staying at The Cozy Condo— we travelled with our 3 year old & 2 year old and our golden retriever. Felt like we had more than enough room for everyone’s sleep arrangements & general space when we were at the condo. We will definitely stay here again if available. This complex has wide streets & convenient boat/trailer parking available.

This sweet condo was perfect for my husband and I during a recent boating trip. Anne thought of everything we would need to feel comfortable. I especially loved the coffee bar! The condo grounds are well kept, parking was ample and location was convenient to the main corner in Havasu.

Great little property!

This is a great little property with a great host! Only bad thing I could write is that the pool and hot tub were closed for a few days during our stay, and that’s not even that bad.

Property is so comfortable, nice and well stocked. We could walk to many restaurants and the bridge. There is a park within walking distance and we watched the boat parade from there. Would definitely recommend.

Cutest little condo! Well appointed and calming decor! Probably one of the best rentals I’ve dealt with, well stocked, soft towels, bedding, blankets. I actually love that they put blankets on the sofa and chair as I hate sitting on worn and dirty furniture. Coffee, cookies and ice are such a nice touch! Having had a 2nd home in Havasu for 20 years, it was so nice not to worry about cleaning and maintaining when visiting our boat! This will be our go to for smaller trips to town for sure!

This condo is understated. It is a perfect getaway. It is convenient and right down the street from many amenities a walk to the lake five minutes to London bridge grocery stores on either side of the complex. There’s a very nice community pool with Spa and Lounge is to lay out. Some condos. Would have Lakeview with gorgeous sunsets. There is also Pickleball many sidewalks grassy area for the pets, five stars all the way around.

Great location!! Super clean, cute place. We were able to walk to great food, the London bridge and more. Great for a couple or single person. Hopefully we will be back again next year :)

I really enjoyed my stay. There was a small hiccup at check-in, as check-in was at 3:00 and I wasn’t able to reach Ann right away. I later learned she had fallen asleep, and thankfully it was resolved fairly quickly.With that being said, the condo itself was lovely, very clean and comfortable. I especially appreciated the little details. The towels were really nice quality, which you don’t always find in a rental, and having coffee along with all the coffee condiments available was such a thoughtful touch.Overall, I was very happy with my stay and the condo. It was clean, comfortable and well cared for, and I would absolutely stay here again.
