Just Remodeled!!! Relax, you are in Havasu! Come stay at our upper level unit with great park, lake, and beautiful mountain views from inside and on the lanai. One bedroom, one bath with pull out sleeper sofa makes this unit a capacity of 4. Very clean non smoking with flat screen tv's and brand new stainless appliances. Unit is fully furnished and has a full kitchen and a stacker washer dryer. Just around the corner find beautiful pool, tennis courts and bbq! Plenty of onsite boat parking! Free Wi-Fi Also free Wi-Fi in the adjoining rotary Park! Great!!!

This unit is in an excellent location. Close to the pool and very close to your covered parking spot. Also, the complex is within walking distance of the channel, restaurants and shops. There is also a large parking area for boats and trailers.

Perfect Location & Very Clean

Would definitely stay here again. The condo is within walking distance of Ramsey Park, Boardwalk, and London Bridge. Owner was very responsive.

Beauitful home within walking distance of the lake

Charming little home super close to the Lake and is fully stocked with all the things you need to have a great weekend and lovely air conditioning

Nice property at a great location

Very nice one bedroom unit. Centrally located in Lake Havasu City, just off of the highway. Easy access to Rotary Park, beaches and many restaurants. Many places are within walking distance.

Get away!!

Great place to stay. Lake Havasu was awesome but unfortunately cold. So not much lake time but lived the area.

good location and accommodations

Location was close to local attractions and scenic walking, the unit had everything we needed, and communication with owner was good as he answered our questions in a timely manner. The only caveat was there was no grill at the unit itself, but there was a very nice area with green space and multiple grills for use located near the pool.

Cosy apartment close to London Bridge

Centrally located in Lake Havasu City for Rotary Park and other local sites and amenities. The apartment has everything needed for a short stay, is tastefully decked-out and comfortable. State Parks and other areas of interest are a short drive away.

Fun in the Sun!

Great place with a very friendly community atmosphere. Only thing that I would warn is the bed is small and very firm. Otherwise amazing location and condo!

The location is excellent and the property fine and comfortable. Both my wife and I had colds at the time and thus did little with available amenities.

Weekend Getaway

Nice, clean and quiet place to stay. Was perfect for our family of 4. I would not consider the pullout bed in the couch useable but the air mattress worked perfect for the kids. Only suggestion would be to get cable...Nothing for kids to watch on downtime when not out enjoying the lake and park. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice little place to stay in Havasu.

Great Location!

The Pros: Truly fabulous location! The pool was awesome, owners were great to work with, comfy bed, super clean and fresh linens. Condo was just the right size for two for a week. Owner was very flexible in adding extra days when we needed them. The Cons: condo could have been cleaner... top of fridge was dirty, and the white throw rugs were black from our bare feet on the floors within a day (read: the floors were dirty), baseboards were dusty, build-up of dirt behind toilet and on upper shelves. Kitchen cabinets need a clean-out of leftover food from other guests, and mish-mash of plastic containers. We had to clear a shelf for our own pantry items. We were traveling with two other couples who also had condos in the same complex, and they had the same cleanliness issues --- wonder if it's a condo-wide service that needs to be tuned up? TV was TRULY "basic" cable... no Fox, no HGTV, no Discovery. The first night we literally watched Gomer Pyle because there were no good options. Only about 20 channels, 6 of them in Spanish. Take your HDMI cable and external device! With a good clearning and expanded cable, this would be the perfect choice!
