It has an open floor plan and a spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches located here on the Emerald Coast. The queen sleeper sofa makes into a bed which allows this condo to sleep 4 comfortably. The resort offers hot tubs, three resort pools, poolside bar and grill and a grilling area for you to enjoy! Condo 4-805 is located in Tower 4 on the 8th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 25.

Perfect. Wonderful!!

Our 3 week stay was perfect. A bit of cold weather was not what we had ordered but I guess is to be expected. Fantastic balcony for those morning coffees. Truly a nice place to stay with all the amenities.

Quick trip to PCB

We enjoyed our stay. The double balcony was a treat with great views of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo had everything we needed. Great location, convenient to many things to do and restaurants.

Fun Getaway

We loved the one bedroom/bath for a Spring Break getaway. Most of the rooms were a good size and the double wide porch was great! Also loved how close we were to the water. A comfy mattress would be a great addition.

Relaxing anniversary vaca

Everything was just as described in the listing. The view and the sunsets were amazing. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.Nice suprise, we were able to check in early and there were beach chairs and umbrella in the unit. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Place and Location to Enjoy the Emerald Coast.

Our stay was perfect. The accommodations were amazing. Great communication with the owners. Quiet location and close to everything. Nice beach. Condo has double balcony! Nicely furnished Would absolutely stay here again!

Really liked the location and amenities of the property. However, the mattress in the bedroom is not the best and really needs a topper or replacement.

Gorgeous Sunsets

My husband and I had a wonderful trip to Panama City Beach! The condo was perfect! The views from the balcony were amazing...from watching the waves in the ocean to the beautiful sunsets! Thanks for an awesome place to stay!

The condo was everything and more. The views from the double balcony are awesome. The condo is close to everything and the host was so helpful, codes were easy to get .We had everything we needed and will definately stay here again!!!!

Nice Condo

The condo was in a great location with a lot of stores, restaurants, groceries close by. The patio was the wonderful. Great views of the ocean as shown in pictures. The condo could use some cleaning, but with it being so close to the ocean it wasn't horrible. Overall would recommend and would stay again.

Perfect stay.

The only complaint we had was the gate to the beach slamming every time. It could be heard on the 8th floor and woke us up from napping. On the beach that is all we heard. Slam, Slam, Slam. Other than that it was perfect.
