Quiet "UP NORTH" Cabin with all the Amenities. 200 a night.

The perfect "up north" lake home with west facing lake exposure on Munger Lake. 2BD, 1 full bath. Lovely vaulted ceiling w/tongue & groove walls. Open great rm w/kitchen. Large deck w/gas grill. Come launch your boat at boat landing & tie up at the private dock. Listen to the loons, build a fire in firepit or enjoy an outdoor meal on the large deck. Level to the water. The dock area is mucky not-the best for swimming but great for fishing. Bring your ATV/UTV & ride from your door. NO PARKING ON GRASS!

BRING YOUR OWN LINENS...sheets, pillowcases, blankets & towels not provided. We provide start up roll of paper towel and toilet paper and 1 garbage bag. Any additional supply will be the renters responsibility.

Home is clean, please leave it in the same condition.
Dump hours are posted on the fridge. You are required to take your own trash or you will be charged $25 per bag.

Firewood can be purchased in Lakewood at the Shell gas station or on Cty Rd F.

All around a great choice! My group of 4 was nice and cozy in this cabin. The price is pretty reasonable too for everything the place has to offer. Only downside is the driveway is quite steep. Beyond that, it was not easy for us to say goodbye to this little humble abode. Would definitely return in the future!

Beautiful cabin with a great view of the lake. We have been renting cabins for 50 yrs all over the state this location and cabin is our favorite. From 11 to 5 they could run their boats at full speed the rest of the time no wake made it perfect

This was a beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay. There is a kayak rental approx 10 min away. Very peaceful and relaxing.

Atv weekend

Nice place to stay on a lake, the dog loved to play catch into the lake and the kids enjoyed kayaking. Nice neighborhood and easy to get to.

Peaceful stay

Cabin was exactly as pictured. It was clean and beautiful. We caught a couple fish from the dock and truely enjoyed listening to the loons.

This was our second stay here. We love the house and, coming in September and October, it’s very peaceful and private. It’s more of a “bring your own stuff” place than some others but it was not an issue for us. Clean, comfortable house, great host, it’s a winner.

We appreciated being allowed to check in early at noon instead of the scheduled 4:00 p.m. check-in, which was a thoughtful accommodation. The location is beautiful, peaceful, and offers lovely views of the water.Unfortunately, there were several aspects of our stay that were disappointing. Upon entering the cabin, there was a noticeable musty, mold-like odor. While the listing states that guests must bring their own bedding and towels, the photos show beds made with linens and towels hanging, which gave us the impression they would be provided. We didn't realize we needed to bring everything ourselves.The beds and pillows were uncomfortable, and much of the furniture felt old and worn.We specifically chose this property because it was advertised as pet-friendly. However, the backyard was covered with goose droppings, making it unusable for our dogs. They constantly tried to eat the droppings, so we had to keep them indoors for much of our stay. We also noticed swans on the water, which likely contributes to the geese frequenting the property. It would have been helpful if this had been disclosed, as it significantly affects guests traveling with pets.Overall, the location and early check-in were the highlights of our stay, but the musty odor, outdated furnishings, confusion regarding linens, and the condition of the backyard made the experience less enjoyable than we expected.

Beautiful house and the area around. Very quite and peaceful. The only inconvenience is that you have to bring with you your own bedding and that you have to take garbage somewhere 10 minutes away, but if you are checking out on Sunday, garbage place does not open till 1pm, so you have to stick around and wait. But in any case we really enjoyed our stay.

Great “up north” cabin!

Great property; definitely encompasses the traditional “up north cabin” feel. Cabin was clean and had everything we needed.
