We have everything you need with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a full kitchen and private pool area with HEATED renovated pool, Roku TV, eat-in bar connected to the kitchen, a charcoal grill and a beautifully backyard. Located in tranquil NE Cape Coral, we are within minutes of great attractions including many restaurants, shopping locales, tennis courts, Sunsplash Family Waterpark, Cape Coral Yacht Beach Club, golf courses, and of course, powder-soft beaches. Several burrowing owl habitat sites withing walking distance from the house. (Cape Coral is host to the largest number of Burrowing Owl nests in Florida)
Conveniently located within 30 minutes of both RSW (Fort Myers) Airport and Punta Gorda Airport. Whatever your dream vacation in Florida looks like, this is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have an external security camera located above garage door pointing to driveway.

Great place to stay

The house was very clean and cozy. My children loved the pool! The location is close to Fort Myers and other attraction's. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great House!

The house was clean and beautiful! It had everything we needed and close to a lot of restaurants rather we wanted to eat out or doordash in.

Family Trip

We stayed here for a week for our recent family vacation and were really happy with our choice. The house was clean and comfortable and we loved having a shaded area outside to sit by the pool. The area was great for taking walks, and my kids loved looking for the owls that are in the area. They provided items that we would not have been able to travel down with (ie. beach chairs) so we really appreciated little things like that. We were sad for our week to end!

Nice Stay

The home was a little more rural than expected but we had issues getting around and finding what we need. Restaurants fairly close and served our purpose well. There were a couple of minor things but notified owner and all was well.

Home away from home !

These pictures don't do this property justice !! Beautiful cozy home - cute little neighborhood close to a few shopping centers with food choices !! We got there later than expected and had zero issues with checking in ! Check out was just as easy 🙂 we had a blast and my son had the time of his life !!! Great memories made !! Thank you Walt and Nadia - your house is beautiful and we loved every minute ! We will be back !!!

Baseball vacation

Was in town for baseball tournament and brought family to sneak some vacation time into our busy summer. The house was conveniently located near the baseball fields and close to vacation spots. We enjoyed attractions in both Fort Myers and Cape Coral. House was super clean with room for a family of five. Walt was an especially helpful host in that he was quick to communicate and check in/out was a breeze. I strongly recommend staying here if your in town.
