No. 220 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owned condo we call "Steven Seagull.” Located in a south building that was added onto the property after the construction of the original, you'll enjoy stellar views from this one bedroom, one bathroom suite. This condo is located 15 steps up on the second floor, giving guests a view from the condo's large wall of windows or out on the private balcony.

A private king bedroom with its own TV makes this an easy condo to share with friends or family, or guests can opt for the queen bed in the living room to fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean. The D Sands Condominium Association provides Wi-fi and cable TV throughout the complex and an indoor pool. D Sands Condominiums also feature their own easy and private beach access so that guests can take full advantage of our oceanfront location and play in the sand and surf.

Centrally located in the middle of Lincoln City, D Sands Condominiums are an easy walk to Kyllo's, Lincoln City's favorite restaurant on the beach, a wine bar, Chinese food and so much more. A quick car ride can take you to the Chinook Winds Casino or the Lincoln City Outlets, not to mention all the other fun dining, shopping, and activity destinations in town.

If you walk 15-20 minutes on the beach to the north, you will find natural tide pools with all kinds of sea life. Or stay a little closer to home, and take in one of the most famous rivers in the world, the D River, the shortest river on the planet. The D River State Recreation Area is adjacent to the property, and provides even easier access to the beach in the form of a gradual slope.
