This unit is exactly as pictured and could not have been a better stay. Quiet location yet easy to walk to shopping and food. View was spectacular! The unit had everything we needed for our short stay.

This property is homey, and well stocked with kitchen utensils. The host was very warm with offers to contact if we needed anything. The bed was comfortable, comfortable enough for my arthritic body, and the view was beautiful! I look forward to staying again sometime!

We really enjoyed our week stay in the Rarity Condo at the end of August. The condo is extremely clean, the mattress was just right, and seating is plentiful and very comfortable. Everything is exactly like the pictures, with thoughtful touches like coat hooks near the front door and a basket of toiletries samples. The view is perfect, the sunny balcony is great for watching sunsets and grilling. We walked to nearby bars and restaurants, to the beach, and boutiques. Much of the city requires driving, but there are many excellent forest hikes to be had here!Frankly this would have been a five-star review except for a couple of minor issues. First, the place had not been cleaned when we arrived, although previous guests had clearly checked out at least a day prior. While Dianne made it right within just a few hours (with credit and a touch up cleaner), I dealt with the prior guest's dirty laundry, and then vacated the unit for cleaning. Secondly, the cookware is in abysmal condition. Other than this we were very happy with our stay and would happily recommend this rental to friends and family.

Great stay! Property was clean and welcoming, check-in and out was super easy. We really enjoyed the location with lots of shops and restaurants not far at all while still being quiet and relaxing.

Everything was great. The only thing I would bring up was the sliders screen. Hole at the handle and it isn’t square and won’t latch. Will also come out of the track. Everything else was very good. We have stayed in several rentals and this was the best one. Thank you so very much.

Thank you for the kind review. I am aware of the issue with the screen door. I have tried to fix it and asked the building maintenance man to fix it but the screen door does not fit squarely on the track. I will look into other ways to remedy it. Thanks again. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay.
