We enjoyed this spot, the landlords made everything seamless and easy through the whole process, the property was spacious and great for our small family, we definitely will be keeping this one in mind for future bookings.

There was garbage left, the couch is different from the pictures, the coffee maker is different from the pictures. There were hairs on the bed frame. The walls and ceiling were dirty. The shower leaks, we never used it but the faucet kept leaking the whole time.

It was nice inside and beautiful decorated. The pull out bed was only big enough for one person and needs more lighting from the parking area to the entrance. Host wasn’t very help when the tv wasn’t working.

Great location and close to amenities.The furniture is slightly different from the images, the sofa is different and stained and the dining chairs are different.The whole place needs a deep clean and the bed sheets were stained and creased on arrival which really let the whole experience down from the start. We had requested use of the sofa bed but no sheets were provided.The host did attend promptly when called but we had a lot to do ourselves to find fresh sheets, towels, toilet paper in the outdoor shed which was inconvenient.The place needs some major tlc and a thorough clean between bookings. Hair and stains on bed sheets, sofa, headboards and dirty dishes in the dishwasher, lots of dust above the fridge and shelves are not an acceptable standard.Finally, there was a lot of noise from the occupants in the house above. It seems there were small children and a couple there and their conversations/children running around and crying could be heard for most of the day and into the night. Whilst not the owners fault necessarily, this also impacted upon our stay in a negative way.Lots of potential but a few major elements that made our stay less comfortable then I would have expected, which is a real shame.

Bel appartement en banlieue

Très bel appartement, propre et bien décoré. Manque quelques items de cuisine nous avions réservé pour 5 et seulement 4 assiettes, pas de verre à vin, ni passoire pour égouter les pâtes, ni plaques à cuisson, ni linge à vaisselle pour l'essuyer, j'imagine que les gens utilisent plus le lave-vaisselle. Tout à notre disposition pour la salle de bain et la buanderie. Une bonne route pour se rendre à Vancouver mais somme toute correct. Tout est à proximité, épicerie, dollarama, liquor store, etc.

Cool and pleasant

This basement apartment offered a cool getaway during a warm weekend in Langley. The owner was quick to reply to my questions and parking was easy. A short how-to on getting the TV on and usable would be the only thing I’d add to make the stay more enjoyable for my teen, but I was happy with a book!

Great Little Suite

Great little suite for our family of four. Good location for us as we were visiting family so it worked out great for us! Has everything you need and grocery store not to far away if you need to stick up. The owners have great communication and are very accommodating to make sure you are comfortable!
