Welcome to our bright and spacious 790 sq. ft. basement suite! Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, our home offers complete privacy with a separate private entrance, allowing you to come and go as you please. Despite being a basement unit, it features high ceilings and plenty of natural light.

The place was extremely clean. I was able to park on the second spot in front of the house. The host was very nice and responsive and helped me when I needed it.

Easy parking, safe neighbourhood, clean basement suite, comfortable bed, fridge, coffeemaker and microwave. Pretty much everything we wanted. Cell coverage is poor because it's a basement suite but we didn't care about that and wifi is good. Definitely stay there again.

Host was very easy to get ahold of. Big spider in the bathroom was discovered. Wifi was spotty. And cell phone don’t get service in the basement. Checked out early I’m not a fan of spiders, usually if you have 1 you have more or they are hunting other bugs.

Suite was clean, easy to access, great to have off road parking available. Quick responses to questions, and nice and quiet. Great location for the sporting event I was attending, easy walking distance of Langley Event Centre.

We stayed here for a basketball tournament my son played in. The location was perfect for us. The suite is new and clean and very comfortable, other than a couple things. One thing was we only had 1 face cloth for a 5 night stay for 2 of us. The owner provided more face cloths promptly when we asked, which we appreciated. However, without access to laundry in the suite, we had to ask for fresh face cloths, and it was not very convenient. The other thing is that the twin size bed is really uncomfortable. Other than that, this place was great.

Langley stay

My daughter and I stayed here so that we could compete at Thunderbird showpark. It is quiet , easy to access and close to amenities. Would recommend to singles and families alike.

Quiet area in langley, it was comfortable to relax after my day. The only thing that could improve is the cleanliness, some hairs were on the nightstand and bathroom floor, a spider was in the coffee machine tray. WiFi was pretty spotty and had poor cell service as it's a basement. Otherwise comfortable.

The space is as pictured. Extremely clean & bright . If we had a request, response was friendly & speedy & filled immediately. The location was just what we needed for visiting family in the area . Also a nice area for early evening walks.

Very efficient and clean

We were looking for a place that was central to a family wedding location in Langley. And this place fit the bill. The only issue was trying to park our larger truck in the back parking area - especially when the neighbours' car were a little too close. But a small problem! This home is very clean and quiet.
