Amazing location!

Larkin and Marshall were very responsive and helpful. Great hosts. The place was a wonderland in the snow, so cozy and peaceful; amazing something like this exists just minutes from down town Boulder! We loved the quiet nature in the morning, and the house was perfect for our group.

A very nice "get away" that is close to town.

A unique home for a large group. The winter mornings are a revelation in peacefullness.

Lovely Property

Property is in a great location convenient to Pearl Street and great local hiking trails. Very clean and tidy. Jason is a gracious host. We had a fantastic stay.

Great House in a Great Location!

The property is beautiful, has great views, close to hiking trails, and was very comfortable for our group of 12, ranging in age from 4 to 77. You feel like you're far away from everything, but the location is remarkably close to Pearl Street shopping, etc. My family had a great time staying here, and I highly recommend!

Mountain Retreat

This property is centrally located to activities both in town and in the mountains, while allowing you the space to feel secluded with nature. Jason is very responsive and helpful. There a few house bugs but par the course. Great location and service, would stay again.

Wonderful house and property! Started here with 9 of my friends and it fit us perfectly. Beautiful views. Close to downtown and walking trails. Great communication with the owner. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous views & great location!!

The house was beautiful and is just as listed and photographed. It’s in a great location near hiking and downtown Boulder but still felt like a mountain getaway. Our group was very comfortable at the house and Jason was available via text and responded quickly! Would recommend this home for your next trip to Boulder.

Absolutely Perfect

Just a beautiful property with plenty of views, space, and an easy layout to host 15-20 people without feeling crammed. Terrific host and great communication. We felt so fortunate to have found this home for our wedding weekend, it truly helped make everything perfect.

Old friends' hiking weekend

We are a group of eight old friends who met in Boulder from all over the country for a weekend of hiking and catching up. The house was great--clean and well-appointed. The owners were accessible and helpful. We will return.

Great for a family get-together

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property - there was plenty of room for our full family gathering (10 people including 3 children) and so much to do in the area! Jason was a terrific host - easily reached and accommodated our request in advance for a port-a-crib.

Great for Wedding Party

I stayed with my wedding party and it was perfect for us! We were even allowed to have a rehearsal dinner at the property which was very generous! Great views, plenty of space, and a super nice host!

Boulder Paradise

I rented this house during my son’s destination wedding in Boulder so my family could stay together. Everything was perfect! The house is beautiful, clean and the views are amazing. This house was a short drive to Pearl Street too. The owner Jason was outstanding and very nice to deal with. He made sure we had everything we needed and was very accessible and attentive. Thanks Jason! We hope to come back for ski season!

Great place for family

Outstanding location that’s close to town and remote at the same time. Saw many deer and spring snow shower was nice and peaceful. Plenty of room to spread out in the house and only had to go to grocery for food. Bring hiking shoes to get across the street to Centennial trailhead. Would stay again, great host communication throughout as well

Arrived in time for a late Spring snowstorm

Great location, close to trails and restaurants, had wonderful views. Also, in the evening, we could see deer behind the house. We arrived in time for a late Spring snowstorm which was Beautiful! Owner/host was very responsive.

Amazing stay!

The house was everything as advertised and more. Jason was great to work with and answered all questions we had immediately. The house was fully stocked with everything you’d need and the beds were extremely comfortable. Downtown is truly only a 5 minute drive and very accessible . Would highly recommend this house to any large groups. Thanks Jason!

Beautiful Boulder

Our extended family stayed at this amazing property right outside of Boulder. Beautiful scenery made you feel like you were in the mountains but a quick 5 minute drive and you were in downtown. Super convenient, lots to do with the kids (swimming, hiking), wildlife viewings and well stocked house. Jason was very accommodating quickly helping us with whatever we needed. Highly recommend!

Awesome stay at Sunshine Daydream Boulder!

This was our first time visiting Colorado and this home was the highlight of the trip! Pictures can’t do this property justice. The views from the home are absolutely outstanding! The owner, Jason, was very responsive and easy to contact throughout the entire process. Can’t go wrong with booking this house!

Perfect location

The location was great. Out of the busy area but less than 5 minutes to Pearl. The young ones loved it and the layout of the bedrooms let the adults without kids hide away from the chaos when we needed a break. As a trail runner there were 3 awesome trail runs right from the door that i was really having fun on. The property owner was fast to respond to messages and super friendly. 5 stars, would stay again, highly recommend:)

The Most Perfect Weekend

This property is INCREDIBLE. We are so grateful we got to stay here on this beautiful and secluded property that is so close to downtown Boulder. The location is divine - the best mix of privacy but also close to everything, the house is stunning and spacious, and Jason was the best host! He was so friendly - he gave us a little tour when we first arrived and he communicated with us all weekend. Our only real problem is that we actually had to leave.

Boulder Bliss

Family reunion in Boulder. Twelve of us stayed at the house with age ranges from 2-73. Loved to be able to visit with our Boulder families at the house. We enjoyed the pool when the weather allowed. Close to town, Pearl Street and hiking trails. Yet we were in the wild, with deer wandering the grounds in the early morning and evening. Jason was a great host. Very responsive when we had questions.
