This beautiful home was perfect for our visit. We moved our kids into their places and had a lovely oasis to retreat to. We cooked nice meals in the well appointed kitchen. Our hosts were attentive and responsive. We will definitely look to stay here again.

This rental was perfect. From the location within walking distance of Chautauqua Park and great restaurants to the beautiful private outdoor patio great for enjoying a relaxing cup of coffee in the morning and laughing with family in the evening, this house was ideal. The owners were very helpful when checking in and couldn’t have been more accommodating throughout our stay. We had a large group and were so comfortable in this beautiful home. It was clean, spacious, had several televisions, a pool table and much more. We look forward to returning to Boulder and would definitely hope to stay here again.

Perfect location for our family visit to CU. Property manager was very communicative and house was able to comfortably handle our larger group.

Great house in great location

Loved staying in this lovely home close to campus, town, and the mountains. Hosts were wonderful to work with.

Beautiful, well-appointed home with an extensive kitchen and plenty of space for our family of six adults. Location next to the Chautauqua and the hiking trails of the Flatirons was a real plus. The host, Kurt, was very responsive and easy to work with. If you a looking for a larger property near the University and the Flatirons this is the place for you.

Phenomenal in all respects. The house is spacious, well-appointed, and elegantly decorated. Location cannot be beat. Kurt, the host, was accommodating in all respects.

Beautiful home in a great location

The house is delightful - beautiful, with lovely art, yet truly comfortable. The hosts could not have been more hospitable. And easy walking distance to hiking trails and all the amenities in town. Would stay there again in a heartbeat

Holiday Getaway

Our family of 5 were very comfortable in this beautiful home. I highly recommend this property for any family looking to get away and relax. Clean and well kept property. The master suite is a must see and will help you start your relaxing getaway.

Perfect get away

Beautiful home and neighborhood, location is perfect for hiking, seeing a CU game or experiencing the local eateries. Wonderful host and communication was easy and prompt. Highly recommend.

The house was spacious, beautiful and clean. Great outdoor area and plenty of rooms for a big group (we had 7). The host was excellent and very informative and available. The location was perfect. Walking distance to hiking Flatirons, CU stadium, restaurants. We had no issues with our stay and would love to come back again!

Great weekend house

We traveled to Boulder for the CU Homecoming game. Kurt was very welcoming and greeted us at the property. The location is great. We were able to hike the nearby trails as well as walk to campus.

Wonderful Home!

We stayed for a long graduation weekend. The location is amazing. The house is so spacious, plenty of room for everyone plus 4 toilets! It was such a lovely respite to come back to after busy activities during the day. Kurt is so easy to work with. I highly recommend the home.

Host was great, accomodated us in every way... went for a CU game and house is nice walk to stadium, Pearl Street, etc. Great outdoors sitting area, BBQ grill for our large group. Definitely recommend this home.
