We had a fantastic time with our large family. There was plenty of room and all the kids loved paddleboarding and kayaking in the lake. We even saw 2 moose! Wonderful stay - highly recommend :)

We had an absolutely incredible time this weekend. The house was perfect and the hosts were extremely communicative. I had inquired about the water levels when I booked and they kept me posted leading up to our stay. The bunk room was perfect for summer camp vibes and the bedding was clean and comfortable. Hoping to make this an annual trip.

We had a very good experience in this beautiful home in the mountains.. The space was clean, comfortable, and matched the listing photos. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was quick and helpful. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to others!

Loved our stay here. Property is amazing. Plenty of beds for everyone. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone, which was amazing for our family. Host was very responsive with answering questions. And we even saw a bear and a moose.

Amazing for Large Groups and Close Friends

I booked this home for a group of 10 and not only were there more than enough beds, the common space was perfect for small and large groups alike! The place was exactly as advertised and was a perfect home for us during our stay.

Perfect location and the views are beautiful! Plenty of space inside and plenty of bathrooms. It worked out great for our family of 12. We didn’t know there was no central air, so we had to purchase three additional fans. We very disappointed with the cleanliness — bugs in drawers/ on walls, toilets not cleaned, and grime and dust on lots of surfaces. We could have used more toilet paper/paper towels too and had to purchase extra.Overall it was still a beautiful home in the mountains, and we had a great stay!

Wonderful Stay!

There were 18 of us that stayed 3 nights here. Beautiful home with gorgeous views. We were in contact with the property manager throughout our stay. He made sure to answer any questions we had and was more than helpful. We will definitely be back to stay again!

Overall beautiful property and location! Was an outstanding venue for our wedding! Tons of space easily fit 16 people. Host was very easy to get ahold of. A few things minor things missing. I would very much recommend this VRBO for gatherings!!

Great weekend getaway with friends

This was a great place for our friend group, with plenty of room for 16 adults. You are in the mountains, but it is just a short drive from Boulder. The views from the property are awesome. Beds were comfortable. Communication with the hosts was easy. One of my favorite moments of the weekend was walking down to the ponds and doing a walk around the property. There is a short, but fun trail that makes you feel in nature without leaving the property.

Fantastic location and overall very nice home. Lovely outdoor space with beautiful views! Loved exploring the property. Lots of square footage made it nice for my family get together. Massivr kitchen area was very nice for our big dinner Communication with property manager was fantastic, very fast responses and helpful information.Reason for 4 stars were the many quirks, such as strange appliances they were confusing to use (oven, microwave), the home was not very accessible for my elderly family, septic smell in the front of the house, and several random things such as blinds and towel racks falling down.Overall wonderful experience, would highly recommend small events here.

This property and host exceeded every expectation. We hosted a joint birthday party for 25 people, and the house and grounds handled the crowd with room to spare, everyone was comfortable.What really stood out was how the host handled a hiccup. Our trip centered on fishing, and she proactively reached out ahead of time to let us know conditions were poor due to the ongoing drought. She was upfront that the property might not meet our expectations and gave us the option to back out. That kind of honesty says a lot about her character as a host.We decided to go anyway, and it turned out to be a great call. Highly recommend this property and this host!

We had a large group of extended family which included 10 kids under the age of 8. There was a lot to keep them busy inside and outside. We utilized the bunk room which is a must if you have that many kids and 12 adults. We saw moose several times at the pond during our stay which was exciting.

Wonderfully large space to host my group with beautiful outdoors. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of seating. Only complaints was that we couldn’t find a can opener and that the upstairs queen bedrooms fan remote was missing so we were unable to run the fan. Easy check in experience, just make sure you have the check in instructions saved before going up as my phone had no service up there and we had to drive back down to Nederland to access service to see the instructions.
