Romantic, Peaceful & Quiet, Firepit & Mountain Views across Lake. Covered Boat Dock ready w/electricity as of March 10th,2025. Paradise that most guests (after arriving) just stay on property mostly. Fishing tackle, Fire Pit, Don't forget watershoes & bug spray. Any last minute booking, special requests/rates, don't hesitate to contact. In room Massages with advanced appointment along with arranging for off property Couples Massages.
2 large decks. 2-person hammock and a large round bed to lounge right outside your door. Indoor & Outdoor games in and outside toys. Host also offers concierge services with anything special you'd like to arrange. Host sends personal recommendations. Restaurants, places to see, great nightlife w/ live music. Great time

Really enjoyed our stay. Loved waking up in the morning, drinking a cup of coffee while watching nature (birds, geese, ducks, squirrels). Will definitely come back again when it is warmer and we can enjoy the water

Great get away

Great stay

Me and my wife just spent our honeymoon here. It was great! Host was more than great, she meet us and gave us a tour of the property. It was great cause she show us how to use everything. We mostly used the hot tub while we were there but having the option to use a fire pit was great. Would recommend this place and we do plan to stay again in the future.

Great cozy place by the lake

Really enjoyed staying here. Was easy to get downtown Hot Springs, but just far enough away to be peaceful. Enjoyed the view of the lake.

Vacation getaway

Very clean and beautiful home, great getaway for my wife and I. Deborah was amazing with making sure we felt welcome and helped us in recommendations for places within the area to visit. Great stay and would definitely do it again!

Quiet lakeside retreat

Beautiful setting on the lake.ots if cool spots to sit and relax. Lots of wildlife. Host was vey helpful, offered great suggestions. The apartment is cute and cozy. Perfect for a couple.

Wonderful!

The area was beautiful! Waking up to see the gorgeous lake shimmering in the sunlight was amazing! The location and amenities were so well maintained and taken care of and it was a 10/10 overall stay.

Quiet getaway

Nice clean quiet place to get away. Backyard is beautiful w lots of places to relax or hang out. Hot tub was nice and the lake view is great.

Quiet and relaxing

We enjoyed the peacefulness and the relaxing views. The owner was very helpful in giving us suggestions on things to do and places to eat~ we really enjoyed our stay here. If we ever return to the area we will definitely look this place up again

Couples Retreat - Stellar Outdoor Area

The property is great for those looking for a weekend getaway. Has a small kitchen, fridge and mini fridge as well as air fryer. There’s a small foyer area with a desk. The sleeping area & bathroom are accurate to the posted property. Spent ample time outside, making a fire, playing cornhole & cooking. When not spending time in the wonderful backyard area the tv has access to all streaming services. Got to experience what is great about Hot Springs as it is continently located. Deborah was a great host who is stellar at communicating and providing any assistance or recommendations if needed. Great weekend spent recharging

Amazing stay with a awesome host!

This was the perfect getaway. The host went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed and the property was very clean. The fishing was perfect and the views are absolutely gorgeous, the whole vibe was completely relaxing. We had a great time and the best host!

Great couples get away!

Great place to stay! We had a couples get away without the kids. Loved the hot tub and the bluetooth speaker for us to use. I enjoyed cooking in our little kitchen and the regular size fridge. Deb left us a treat in there😉 Will definitely keep this place in mind for our next secret get away.❤️

Excellent Property, Excellent Host!

Property was beautiful and sparkling clean. Deborah is an excellent host! She knew we were celebrating our Anniversary and made sure to have sparkling wine and a few desert options waiting for us. The hot tub was awesome and the fire pit was cozy. Great place to stay for a romantic getaway.

Not only was this the perfect weekend getaway for my husband and I, but the owner is absolutely wonderful! She didn’t just welcome us to her place but she went above and beyond on giving us ideas on places to go and things to do. She kept in communication throughout the weekend to make sure we had what we needed. The only thing we needed was more time to stay there lol.

Weekend getaway

The propery was nice overlooking the water. Its out in the country, so it was very quite. Host was very accommodating. The view was great and the hot tub was relaxing. Although it was a downstairs suite, it felt like we had the whole house to ourselves.

Quiet and cozy

Host was very accommodating!! She made everything perfect for our three night stay!! It’s close to downtown so perfect location. Her restaurant recommendations were perfect as well!! Ark Getaway

We loved our stay here. It was an easy drive from our home. We were able to bring our pet who is very old. It is a very relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. The lake is gorgeous. We enjoyed meeting our hostess, Deborah. She made sure we had everything that we needed. We hope to visit again soon.

Best Labor Day getaway!

This is a beautiful place to stay. Deborah made sure all our needs were taken care of and was a joy to rent from. There were so many amenities at the place. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and lake one day while the next was spent downtown. This condo is close to everything. We loved it and will definitely be back! ❤️

Great getaway spot!

Everything was perfect! The host was great. The property was cozy and relaxed, perfect for our anniversary stay. Woke up and drank coffee and read a book by the lake. Grilled steak and had a steak and egg breakfast. Relaxed in the hot tub. Just a great time. Highly recommend.

Just enjoy sharing what I love so much. Only 1 owner rental. Not a company. I truly dreamed about lake property at 16. The true blessing was at 16, I drew what I wanted and it's exactly like my drawings. GOD IS GREAT.

Because its peaceful, Very Safe-Dead end road, very small # of neighbors, both retired elderly on each side low boat traffic, friendly neighbors walking pets early mornings and evenings. Birds singing, eagles & owls souring, duck passing water shining like diamonds. Sunrises & Sunsets here are breathtaking. It's worth setting the alarm for coffee on porch for sunrise or on deck at waterfront.
