Overall, the property was nice and served its purpose for our weeklong stay, but it is definitely showing signs of wear from years of use. The carpeting could use replacing, as it would go a long way toward making the home feel fresher and better maintained. One of the biggest surprises was the complete lack of USB charging outlets. In 2026, with families traveling with phones, tablets, and other devices, this seems like a pretty basic amenity. We ended up using the USB ports on the TVs and PlayStation just to charge our devices. Adding a few USB outlets in the kitchen and near each bed would make a huge difference. The garage was another frustration. There were several strollers taking up space that seemed unnecessary, as most families traveling with infants would likely bring or arrange their own. Additionally, the garage door could not be opened, leaving the space feeling very stagnant and poorly ventilated.Overall, the home met our needs for the week, but a few updates and some attention to the smaller conveniences would make a significant improvement. It wasn't a bad stay by any means, but there is definitely room for improvement.

Thanks for the feedback. We have already ordered some new lamps with USB ports - they will arrive this week. We will look to remove 1-2 of the strollers but some guest feedback says they appreciated having them. Unfortunately with a games room in the garage, we have to keep our garage door locked for safety reasons but your feedback is acknowledged. We will get the carpets steam cleaned. We got the whole villa painted inside and out over the past 3 years.
