The property was amazing and had sufficient room for everyone who came. The entire property was updated and had new appliances which was great. I would recommend this property to anyone!

This house and location was perfect for our leadership team retreat. We enjoyed our time there and all agreed if we did another retreat in CHS this would be our spot! The host was an amazing communicator, and her response time was very quick. Pool and Hot tub were perfect and house was spotless when we arrived.

Excellent stay. The house is extremely clean, well equipped, and spacious. Very convenient to the beach, hot tub and pool, open floor plan, designer kitchen, great a/v and amenities.

Great getaway
The house was incredible! Location was fantastic and has all the amenities you would need for a great trip. Communication was also phenomenal with the host. Hoping to go again in the near future!

Great beach house
Had a wonderful time. House was just perfect. Pool and hot tub really the icing on the cake. Host was super responsive. Highly recommend.

exceptional house with spacious bedrooms and living space. and large kitchen with great accessories ; fireplace did not work apparently needed a part to be ordered and installed after our stay

Great place
The home could not have been more perfect. Well stocked, extremely clean and much larger than the pictures portray. Thanks so much to the host for being so responsive and helpful. We definitely recommend this home.

Great Location
This property is very well kept and in a great location. We were there during hurricane Debby and even thought the weather was horrible this property was excellent. Communication with owner was fast and she was very helpful. Checked in on us due to weather issues, etc. Great place I would highly recommend.
