Brand new backyard and pool! Walking in feeling as if you're at home! Cozy 3 bedroom 2 bath home with an open floor plan. Mountain views from the kitchen/dining/ living room windows make for some beautiful scenery. The entire home was just remodeled with all new furnishings from a comfy sectional couch; to a cal king pillow top mattress in the master bedroom as well as a queen in the 2nd bedroom and full/twin in the 3rd bedroom. Custom tile walk in shower in the master. Ceilings fans in each room. Quiet neighborhood where the property sits on a cul-de-sac with a long driveway and side parking. We are the corner lot which makes for a large parking spot below the home for boat or RV parking. We are located on the south side of town approximately 10 min from the marina and 10 minutes from the downtown area. **note that pool is not heated**

Clean and cozy

House was exceptionally clean. Nice selection of sundries and supplies. If you don't mind a short drive to town this neighborhood is very nice. Great view of mountains.

Amazing house

This places was all that it said , pool was amazing! Location was easy to get to place from . Neighborhood was quiet. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We absolutely fell in love with this property. Check in was easy and host was great and very responsive. The pool was amazing and hose was very nice. We have already bragged about this place and told family to check it out. Hope to come back again!

Wonderful Home and accommodations

Always Clean, Organized, Fully stocked kitchen for cooking, Pool area set up nicely, Excellent view, split home design for privacy, use of garage and laundry, pool towels supplied. This is our second time staying in this home and it has everything- all small kitchen appliances too!

No Bad Days

Best property I have stayed at thus far. Had all the amenities from cooking dinner to taking a shower. Very clean, cozy and a quiet spot if you're looking to get away from downtown Havasu. Pool was amazing with the waterfall and lights. Loved staying here at Charley's place!

Lake Havasu Pool house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It was very comfortable, clean and well maintained. The home is well equipped with all the amenities you could need. The pool and yard were lovely and very private. The location was a short distance from downtown which made for a very quiet and relaxing stay. We would definitely recommend and give it a 5 star!!!

This house was perfect for my wife, two kids and I. The house was plenty big for us, the pool was awesome and it had everything we needed. The host was easy to reach and had great communication during the whole trip. Would definitely recommend this home. We will be back.

House worked out great for our group. Lots of space for everyone. The pool was nice and the view was excellent. Plenty of room for my two trailers and extra cars. We will be back soon. AA++ for the host and house.

Perfect home!

This house was a perfect place to spend our first week in Arizona. The house had everything we needed and was decorated beautifully. The pool and back yard were a perfect place to spend our lazy days or our evenings. We got to see wild bunnies and roadrunners which the kids loved. Amazing location to make us feel that we on the top of the world but also close to shopping, sightseeing and activities. Would highly recommend this house!!!

Wonderful Lake Havasu Home

We stayed the entire month of January and just returned yesterday. The home was everything you would have expected and more. There is nothing missing in terms of kitchen items, the beds/bedding were very comfy and the backyard was gorgeous. Charley indicated the pool was not heated so we knew that going. However, we still managed to dip ourselves in it :) Overall I would recommend this home to anyone who is interested. Thank you Charley for allowing us to stay for the month.

Sweet home Havasau

We really enjoyed this property. This was our first time using VRBO. Very cozy. Felt like home. It was everything we were looking for in a rental.This home checked all our boxes. We would definetly stay here again. You can feel the family vibe here. My only wish. Not a complaint. I wish the shower had more water pressure. Washing long hair took me over 30 minutes in the shower. And the host were very helpful and kind! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We've been a river and lake family for as long as we can remember. Now we're having a blast showing our girls the same traditions that were passed on from our parents! We're from Southern California but we try to get out to the water and desert as much as possible. The plan to buy a home In Lake Havasu has always been a dream of ours for the obvious love of the area and also having so much family living In city as well. We couldn't be happier with the property and we hope you are able to make some amazing memories as well. We're always available for any questions so always feel free to reach out.
