Perfect location for what is almost your own private beach and lovely views. Cottage has been tastefully furnished and decorated, looks exactly like the photos. Having airconditioning is a great addition that helps keep the cottage from feeling damp. Like everywhere else in Wellfleet it isn't inexpensive but that's the price you pay for quality

Spectacular cabin with an amazing view. Wonderful beach, access and walks on oyster flats! Make sure to bring your own sheets and towels or rent them ahead of time.

Well first of all, you get this place for the view and WOW! This was such a stunning gem. A dream view from the front windows that oversee the beach and sunset. We enjoyed our time at the beach as well. I will say the furniture could be more comfortable and could use an upgrade especially based on pricing. Also a hot tub was listed under amenities and this place does not have a hot tub which was a little disappointing. Overall would recommend due to dream views!

Hi Erin, I am glad you enjoyed your staying and the setting. My apologies over the amenity list, we have never had a hot tub and I am not sure how that was listed. The furniture was replaced just a few seasons ago and is in great condition. Hopefully you can send me a note as to what you thought could be upgraded. Again, thanks for your visit. Michael

Great View!

Wonderful small cottage with a lovely view. Great place to take walks, relax on the patio, sit on the beach (bay side).

The access to the beach was incredible. Breathtaking views and wonderful breezes. The property was extremely tidy and thoughtfully appointed. Proximity to downtown Wellfleet was a big bonus. It was lovely.

Great location

This is a great little cabin. Omaha beach right out front was perfect. Wellfleet is a smaller more quiet town compared to some others up and down the Cape.

Amazing place for all

We love the easy access to the beaches and the town. So much fun enjoying the cottage and all it has to offer. We especially enjoy playing in the estuary and catching all kinds of interesting crabs.

Very clean and nice, location was wonderful. Only minor complaints are that a few light bulbs need changing and the fact that there was no mention in the listing that linens were not provided.

A wonderful cottage

Very nicely updated cozy cottage overlooking the bay. A really nice place to bob in the bay when it’s warm and sit and read when it rains (we had a couple rainy days but still had fun!).

Beautiful cottage by the bay

Spectacular location right on the beach at Indian Neck. Great for low tide beach walks, birdwatching, and sunsets. Cottage is equipped with everything you need, and has entirely new furnishings throughout.

Family summer camp

Great place to stay! Surrounded by a group of cottages with friendly people and families looking to relax and enjoy the beach at the doorsteps. No need to explore beyond the front door and the beach right in front of you. We loved the cabin updates and never felt like we had to get in the car and find fun elsewhere!
