Treat your family to an unforgettable summer vacation at this 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home with bay views and amazing sunsets! A short distance from bayside beaches and a quick drive to the ocean, the home offers a quiet and private stay in one of the Cape's best areas. The huge front deck overlooks Chipman Cove, where you can enjoy outdoor grilling/dining under the retractable shade awning. With 3 queen beds, and 2 twins plus a double futon, there's plenty of sleeping space. The primary bedroom suite has a full bathroom, and two other bedrooms each have an ensuite guest bath with a jack-and-jill style connecting shower room. The updated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Spend your days exploring the beaches, cruising the Rail Trail, or wandering Wellfleet's charming Main Street. Cap off fun-filled days with dinner, drinks, and a breathtaking sunset.

All as advertised. Clean home, beautiful view, great base location, comfortable accommodations (for 7 of us; could have fit more), all the necessities. Rachel was a great host with great communication.

Awesome location! Beautiful sunsets. Loved the retractable awning on the deck. All the amenities of home and a very nice welcome basket. One mile from the beach and centrally located on the cape. Would definitely stay here again!

Our second year staying here. Perfect pocation. Access to private wellfleet beaches. Walking trail right across the street for kids to see crabbies. Several large bedrooms downstairs. Main with en suite on main floor. Very clean. The most beautiful sunsets in the world!!

The house was very clean. Very nice kitchen with lots of spices, coffee, tea, sugar etc. available. Great view of the Cove and wild life. Interesting decorations and loved all the windows. We hope to stay again.

We love the house and the view was beautiful. I would say the only thing it is missing is a fire pit. And our host/owner was very accommodating, letting us check in early without any notice. I would absolutely recommend this house!

Highly recommend this beautiful home. Stayed for a long weekend with my family and the house is equipped with everything you would ever need. Location is 10 min drive to gorgeous beaches. Highlight is the huge deck overlooking a beautiful cove. Spent every morning and sunset here- perfection! Would definitely return!

Great views

Great location...Indian Neck beach is beautiful and no crowds.Having the retractable awning on the deck made sitting out there at all times of the day very pleasant.Kitchen well stocked ...spices, some condiments, foil, baggies etc were helpful.Rachel was very responsive.Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful two-week stay and absolutely loved the house. The deck was a highlight - the perfect place to relax at the end of the day and take in the beautiful sunset views. The house itself is incredibly comfortable, thoughtfully laid out, and truly feels like a home rather than a rental.The location is also excellent: central and convenient to everything we wanted to do, while still feeling peaceful and private. One of our favorite spaces was the loft, which is a wonderful little escape when you want some quiet, solitude, or a place to read and unwind.We were very comfortable throughout our stay and would happily return. Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful house with amazing views in a perfect location. The house was exactly as described in the listing, and worked great for our family. It was well supplied, very comfortable, and communication with the hosts was great. We will definitely be looking to stay here again!

We loved our stay. The house has a beautiful view of Wellfleet harbor. The sunsets from the deck are amazing. The big common room is great for hanging out. We cook quite a bit and kitchen was well stocked.
