The property offers a secure elevator and a large heated swimming pool. The pool area has bathrooms and shower/rinse station. There are new (2020) HE washing machines in the coin laundry room on the same floor. There is a charcoal grill for your use as well. The sugary sand beaches of Indian Shores are well maintained and depending on the time of year you may see a sea turtle next or Skimmer bird colony.
