POOL IS CLOSED 8am to 4pm October and November. Building is being painted so there is some noise and construction.

Only 1 parking space is guaranteed. Additional parking on the street.

New kitchen in 2020, bedrooms redecorated in 2016. New walk in shower in 2015.

Holiday weeks have premium pricing, regular and peak weeks are 7 nights pool, or take a stroll on the beautiful beach. Great location close to golf courses, shopping, and many great restaurants. Half hour from Clearwater airport. 2br, 2 bath, sleeps 6, direct frontage on the Gulf of Mexico. Brand new fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances. Master br has a king bed, 2nd br has 2 doubles. 2 full baths. Free Wifi included. 7 night minimum, during peak season saturday to saturday. only. Last minute discounts, inquire for price.

Beautiful condo! Has everything you could possibly need. Views of the beach and sunsets are spectacular! Dolphins and manatees daily. Pool is beautiful. I would highly recommend staying here!

This was a perfect place to stay for a week on the beach. The view was amazing and it’s right there on the beach which is what we love when we do a girls vacation. The check in was easy and the host is very quick at responding. Highly recommend!

Great environment for a family, no smoking on property, nice pool, shopping carts to take groceries to the floor, easy beach access, calm beach for a family. Property is well kept, same with the unit. The unit, or being on the beach, we were not affected by construction noise (balcony repairs) as the construction was on the other side of the building. No shops or restaurants within walking distance, but the owners provide everything you would need to cook in the kitchen. All in all, was is a good value.

Nice clean place right on beach. Small issue with plumbing that was fixed quickly by the host who was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay!

Great condo to stay in but building in Reno mode

The host was awesome to address minor in condo issues and provided answers to all our questions in a timely manner. The building and property which is outside the host’s control was in construction mode and the pool being refurbished and repaired including all landscape and building improvements. Looks like a construction site. The elevator which was a new replacement was glitchy at the time of our stay. I think that once all the construction outside the building is completed (6 months work or more) , the place would be a 5 star. Ask the host about the condition before you book, he is a great person.

Great new vaca area

Although we wish the area had more available dining/bars within walking distance, we fully enjoyed this new area for our vacation. The condo was fabulous and we wish we had invited friends to come with us! Ron was very helpful and responded very promptly. We will definitely keep this condo and area in mind for our next get away!

Visited property while pool not operational. Sunning area was also not usable. Condo was nice .2 bedroom only would be good for 4 people. Rate was high for limited use of all facilities

Gorgeous sunsets and the beach

Beautiful place to stay. Right on the beach. Many places within walking distance. John's Pass is 8 min away or a 25 min walk. The sunset views are legendary! We all loved it!
