Pool was damaged by the hurricane, should be finished by mid May. Building is being painted so there may be some noise and construction.

Holiday weeks have premium pricing, regular and peak weeks are 7 nights pool, or take a stroll on the beautiful beach. Great location close to golf courses, shopping, and many great restaurants. Half hour from Clearwater airport. 2br, 2 bath, sleeps 6, direct frontage on the Gulf of Mexico. Brand new fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances. Master br has a king bed, 2nd br has 2 doubles. 2 full baths. Free Wifi included. 7 night minimum, during peak season saturday to saturday. only. Last minute discounts, inquire for price.

Gorgeous sunsets and the beach

Beautiful place to stay. Right on the beach. Many places within walking distance. John's Pass is 8 min away or a 25 min walk. The sunset views are legendary! We all loved it!

Holiday III Villas Stay

We did a girl's trip that's been getting planned for a while now and we were satisfied. The place was clean, the staff was friendly and the people around were amazing! The views were fabulous!! Would definitely come back again!

All aboard for Tropical Storm Debby

Arrived just in time for the full impact of Tropical Storm Debby and (no fault of owner) due to many structural issues, the building was NOT able to withstand the heavy rains. Our sixth condo flooded severely. We spent the better part of the first two days mopping up the water pouring from floor boards, ceiling vent and ceiling sprinkler spigots! Once the sun came out, things calmed down and we were able to enjoy ourselves. The unit is comfortable ( compact but roomy enough for the two of us) what you need to function. Kitchen has plenty of dishes, pots, pans, glassware etc. but ZERO food stuff of any kind- salt/pepper, spices, cooking oil, coffee filters foil, food wrap etc. Beds were firm and comfortable. View from balcony was fantastic! The cleaners need to up their game- there was a LOT of hair throughout the unit( bathrooms, all floors, in the kitchen and even on dining table runner! YUCK!) Also, Be aware - you do need to bring ALL supplies you want to use- Garbage bags, Toilet paper, soap Over all a good stay

Great View!

Beautiful, clean, nice decor. Very nice kitchen. Balcony looks over pool and beach for sunsets and the bay waters behind for sunrises. There were dolphins swimming near us on the beach. Pool was nice. Lots of kids for the granddaughter to play with. Conveniently located to restaurants.

Indian Rocks Beach/Clearwater

This was a beachfront condo. It was beautifully decorated, very well equipped and a great location. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area.

Week in Paradise

Exactly as pictured. Great place to stay! Million dollar views. Everything you need is supplied in the condo. My only complaint, got there on Saturday, someone was parked in our parking spot and no one in the office until Monday morning. I wish the owner or office staff would have left a parking pass in the condo. I've stayed in the building in other condos, and that was want they did. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Beautiful view!

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay here. We found everything exactly as described in the listing, and everything we needed at the ready. Excellent location on the beach with small market, shops and coffee house near-by. The owner was quick to respond when we reached out for assistance. The building is currently undergoing some renovations, but that didn't impact our stay at all. No regrets on this one.

Beautiful Condo!

It’s farmhouse chic meets beach house shabby. This condo is beautiful! It’s been completely renovated and beautiful! Will definitely stay here again! Host was fantastic! Honestly I’m having to think about any complaint. In a word “fabulous”!

This was the perfect getaway after a hectic holiday season. Sugar white sandy beaches, a heated swimming pool, and a balcony overlooking it all. This property is better than advertised. The kitchen has upgraded appliances and was stocked with all the pots, pans, and utensils we needed. Beds were comfortable. Walk-in shower and assistance bars. Great sectional sleeper sofa. The owner, Ron (who is very responsive), provided us with some very good restaurant options nearby. I can’t say enough about this wonderful property.

Excellent view from the property

Enjoyed our stay. View from the balcony is beautiful. Saw dolphins few times. Watched sunset from the balcony. Beach is accessible as soon as you come down. Overall facility is good. There were no kitchen trash bags and we had to buy them. We were four adults. It would have been good to have 4-5 rolls of toilet paper. We were provided 3.

Wonderful Rental

I will definitely book again in the future - the only thing I would have changed was the weather I wasn’t lucky with that - it unfortunately wasn’t the typical FL weather I am used to but I for sure got lucky finding this property
