This 2bd/2ba, ocean view condo is located in a quiet section of Myrtle Beach. Enjoy all the comforts of home in this recently renovated condo at the beach. This unit comfortably accommodates 6 guests with 1 king in the master bedroom and 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom.

This 3rd floor, ocean view unit, is in a mostly owner occupied high rise condominium in the Arcadian Dunes section of Myrtle Beach. This beautifully renovated unit has updated bathrooms and kitchen. Each bedroom has a large flat screen TV, ensuite bath and balcony access.

Happy fall week in MB

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a lovely location and we love Maison Sur Mer, but the place was not the cleanest. In some spots the dust was so thick, I could write my name on the surface of the furniture. Not the end of the world, but we have stayed in other places in MSM and they were much cleaner.

Labor Day week.

Loved the condo layout and decor. Great location. Only down side was floors not clean, only one of the key cards for pool and other entry ways did not work Making very inconvenient with multiple family members. Called property management but no call returned. No one available due to holiday. Check in not at property.

stay was very nice. Facility was very nice. Only used one bedroom as my partner had to backout at last minute. Would like to stay again in the future. Super nice.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Banging coming from ceilings during the entire week. It was very frustrating and could not sleep in at all. I guess someone above us was having renovation going on and it started at 8am and lasted all day until 6pm

Everyone is friendly, from staff/workers to guest and residents. The only issue we had, no hot water in the master shower. The water temperature was luke warm, I called maintenance but nobody came to fix it.

We always enjoy the quality of experience in this community. This unit was exquisitely renovated and has all that you would ever need. It was clean, a lower floor, so easier to access pool, beach, restuarant and ba, etc. It also had a nice sunset view in the evenings. We highly recommend this unit for rental and hope the new owners continue to rent it out.

Birthday Beach Trip

Great condo, poor timing

The condo was great. Really nice floor plan. Very comfortable and roomy. Unfortunately they were doing construction on the condo directly above during our stay so we listened to power tools all day. The communication with rental agency was poor, and also very inconvenient to pick up and drop off the keys.

Great view with a comfortable bed

Maisons Sur Mer is a great place to stay (our 2nd stay different condo). I will say the patio furniture was not very comfortable and the inside furniture was built for a tall person. My wife did not find it comfortable. Bring extra toilet paper, 1 roll per bathroom for a week? A box of Kleenex would have been a nice amenity for what we paid. All the appliances worked appropriately.

Fantastic Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Positive: Maison Sur Mer is a great property with lots of amenities and this unit was absolutely beautiful. More storage than you could ever need, comfy beds and pillows, great showers, clean kitchen. Negative: There are no places to hang your towels or washcloths anywhere in either bathroom. Tip: We bought command hooks made to safely hang wreaths on glass windows and used them on the shower. Overall: Loved this beautiful, spacious condo and would definitely stay again.

Overall the unit was nice, however it didn’t feel very clean. Trash was left in the bathrooms cans and the floors were sandy and dirty throughout.

Softball Nationals

Great place for our family to stay while my daughter competed in Softball Nationals. Wish the balconies had a table and there were a few more coffee cups. Overall fantastic place to stay and will definitely be back.

6 MONTHS IN PARADISE

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a 6 month rental in this beautiful condo. It could not hSve been better!! The building is a gorgeous well maintained building with 24 hr security. The condo had everything we needed. The kitchen is very well appointed. We especially enjoyed the built in wine cooler!! We used it for soft drinks and water and had plenty of room left in the main refrigerator. The bedrooms are beautifully furnished and the beds slept great!! Both bathrooms have been totally remodeled with great showers. The balcony was well furnished and we enjoyed many hours sitting there and enjoying the view. We will definitely be back!!!

Perfect beach vacation location and site

We really enjoyed the view of the beach and sound of the ocean from the balcony. The spacious condo offered everything we needed. We enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen to make and eat meals onsite. Nocely updated unit and excellent facility staff were friendly and helpful. Kids liked fishing off the nearby Apache Pier, and couldn't ask for nicer weather ocean and pool temperatures. Pool was very large and fun, and never overfilled. Weekend pool chairs got close to capacity with sunbathers, but even then still room for our family of 5 vacation. We loved the evening winds to take the edge off the summer hot and humid days. We enjoyed the aquarium and dolphin tour and hunting for fossil shark teeth on the area beaches. Best vacation we've had as a family.
