The perfect vacation; do as much or as little as you want! Relax in the quiet of the woods on the large deck overlooking Sleepy Creek Cabin or on the creek side hammock. Shop or dine in the quaint town of Berkeley Springs, hike the trails or C&O canal, fish, swim or boat the Potomac River or Sleepy Creek lake, or partake in the world famous spas and warm springs.

One bedroom with Queen bed, Loft with Queen and twin. Beautiful newly remodeled bathroom as of Jan, 2026.

Of course our stay was fantastic. The only downfall was the charcoal grill was so rusty we couldn't cook on it. Other than that it was awesome

We had an amazing time! The house was exactly as described. My son was able to fly fish and caught 3 different kinds of fish in the creek behind the house.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time here. The cabin was cozy, peaceful, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. This place is peace incarnate! Yes, it's a mixed metaphor! I have never slept so well anywhere, including my own home. My coffee on the porch, with the birds singing, Sleepy Creek babbling and the breeze sighing each morning made daybreak sublime! I loved it, and if it weren't for commitments back home, I would have been begging for another week!

I have visited this cabin a few times per year for the last several years, and absolutely love it. I was pleasantly surprised by the renovated bathroom with rain shower head and the new sliding doors leading onto the patio. No better place to stay on Sleepy Creek.

We enjoyed the peaceful sounds of beautiful Sleepy Creek. Just steps from the cozy cottage. Hiking the trails. Enjoying nature at its finest. Kate was a pleasure to work with and very quick to answer any questions. Looking forward to returning soon.

The property was lovely and the location was perfect. The kitchen had all we needed to cook breakfast and dinner, and we used the grill a couple of nights. The bathroom was gorgeous. The best feature of the property was sitting on the deck watching the creek flow by. Berkley Springs was not far from the property and had a Food Lion grocery store to meet our needs. We highly recommend sitting in the mineral water at the Roman Bath House. The hosts were very attentive to our needs and answered our questions quickly. They have a gem of a property.

For once, my procrastinating paid off!I kept putting off booking a cabin a state park until they were all snatched up. I decided to widen my search and this cabin popped up. It was absolutely perfect. I didn't see or hear another human being for 3 days. Other than an occasional plane and a dog barking off in the distance the first night, all I heard was nature. It was so peaceful and exactly the reset I needed. I could sit on the porch all day just watching the creek and wild life. A hummingbird landed on my head. Everything was exactly as described. I can't wait to come back and see how beautiful it is in the fall.

The setting right on the river was the perfect holiday getaway. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for the whole family and the open floor plan kept us all connected. Great cabin!

Sleepy Creek Cabin is a dream come true for us. Something about the mixture of arts, wellness, and natural beauty of Berkeley Springs kept us returning to this historic town. We finally decided we had to have a place of our own. When we first arrived at the cabin, saw the view of the water right from the deck, the privacy of the woods, and the beauty of the vaulted ceilings within, we knew this place was 'the one'. We lovingly renovated the cabin to what we refer to as 'Rustic Luxury'. No where on earth have we felt the peace as at Sleepy Creek Cabin and we hope to pass that on and let others experience the unique serenity this special place has to offer.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Complete privacy is what you will experience. Sitting on the deck facing the creek you will not see another house or cabin. If you need a break from life in the fast lane, this is it. We love the fact that within 10-15 minutes we can be in town to eat at fine restaurants, tour art galleries, antique shops, or get a massage. Also close by are local parks to boat, fish, hike, run, bike, or ride horses. It truly is the best of all worlds.
