Great Beach Location

Clean, quiet, well appointed, pet friendly first floor condo across the street from beach and easy walking to restaurants and bars.

Perfect last minute getaway

The property was clean and updated. It is located right by pool and the beach is steps away. It was quiet and very comfortable.

Great Spring Break Relaxation

We had a wonderful time at this condo. The weather was cooler than we would have liked, but the condo was great. We love having the beach seats and umbrella ready for us at the beach.

Perfect Location

Easy access to the beach! This unit was quiet even though it’s near the pool. Very nicely decorated and bed in master bedroom was comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

The pictures definitely need updating. The unit needs a lot of updates. The sofas are worn and stained. There are nails sticking out of the wall in the master bath. Coaxial cables sticking out of a hole in the wall in hallway. Hall bathroom vanity missing a drawer/cover, exposing pipes under sink. Sink also drains slow. There is a very bright light outside of the unit directly in front of the bedroom window and it shines in the window all night, directly in your face. There needs to be some blackout curtains hung. The curtains over the sliding glass doors needs anchored in the middle. The unit was not clean. Found tags from items laying in bathroom floor, pacifier under the bed, vanity cabinet needed wiped down. I had seen a previous review mentioning some of the above and I asked if those had been resolved and was told they had been, but they had not. Very disappointing. Definitely would not rent this unit again.

Great condo!

This condo is great! We love the Maravilla. This unit is right behind the pool. It is beautifully decorated and well stocked. Management company was very easy to work with.

I’m kind of just ehhhh about this property. I’ll start with the cons- there is an LED hall light outside of the one bedroom that beams in all night long. The room was actually brighter at night than during the day time. The outside sitting area was directly in front of the pool. It made it awkward and unusable for casual conversation and morning coffee because it felt very intrusive with the pool guests being right there. The patio door handle was broken and hard to maneuver. The floors were disgusting and stained my kids feet black after one pass walking through barefooted. The one king bed was miserably uncomfortable. The property was “ok” but could use some TLC. The pros-location is close to the beach and the wash station by the pool is nice for returning from the beach. Access was super easy traveling in and out of the property and also felt safe day and night. Family oriented environment. Easy and free parking. Well stocked with basic towels for showering. It wasn’t a terrible experience but it wasn’t a great one either. For the price, I will definitely stay somewhere else next time.

Condo was average - missing a drawer in the bathroom, has no storage needs some closet space. Great location. Need more than one dog walkway, to far away for some units.

Beach vacation

Property was good but beach access wasn’t because of umbrella crew took over all good spots on beach and didn’t allow you to put up private umbrellas in front of theirs wouldn’t rent you a front umbrella cause they are owner controlled had small kids unable to watch from way in back of all company umbrella’s you should be able to set up wherever you could will not come back because of this 👎

Amazing

This is the third time we have visited Miramar Beach and our third property at Maravilla. By far the best so far. The other two were great, but this was far better than we could have ever expected. I was nervous renting from a company instead of the actual owner, but RealJoy is great to work with. Instructions and documentation is simple and easy to follow. They were always communicating specific dates and times. Codes for gate and room were given in a timely manner. As far as the room, it was well stocked with toiletries. Very clean. It was our first with two showers which is great for a family of three. Nothing was damaged and everything was in working condition. You are also tucked into a corner of the building which gave you some more privacy. Beach was a short easy walk and the private beach is always clean and staff is amazing. Pool outside our room isn't heated but the pool in the back is and is just a short walk. I will definitely be looking at this room again for our next visit.

The unit was not clean. The couch was stained and worn. The coax cables were hanging out of the wall. The bathroom vanity was missing a drawer and the pipes were exposed. The slider door did not function well. The bedroom window needs a heavy shade because the outside light shines brightly into the room. The location and the property itself is great. Just not this unit unless some work is done.
