Presenting the 2330 sq ft Serenity Villa at Tamarack, centrally located in Spring Creek village. This brand new unit has three spacious bedrooms and comfortably sleeps ten in luxurious accommodations. Feel at home in the large open concept living, dining area with gas fire place and fully equipped kitchen. You'll want to make time to spend on the 27 ft deck with fantastic views to Grotto Mountain, with brand new gas BBQ. Steps to downtown Canmore and adventure at your door step.
Two Master Bedrooms with king beds and separate ensuites. Third room has two bunk beds (2 sets of queen and twin)
There is a work out room available, ground floor storage (for bikes, skiis, etc), and indoor hot tub and lounge area with a deck
This is a bustling neighborhood. There is plenty to explore and plenty to do within minutes of the condo.
Everything is within walking distance. Bring your bikes. There is a storage bay in our secure parking area. Two parking spaces are available. Shops and restaurants are right around you.
*Please note that Spring Creek Mountain Village is in the process of further building development, adjacent to the Tamarack building. This may lead to some louder noise levels during the workday, finishing by 4pm (Monday to Friday).

As dedicated hosts, we prioritize your safety and peace of mind. Our commitment to cleanliness meets the highest standards, ensuring your accommodation is pristine upon arrival.
Before You Arrive:
The property remains unoccupied for at least 6 hours before your check-in and is cleaned and sanitized, minimizing any risk of contamination.
Deep Cleaning Protocol:
Our cleaning crew conducts a thorough deep clean of the entire unit, with special attention to high-touch areas such as door handles, railings, TV remotes, and light switches.
During Your Stay:
We equip the unit with disinfecting cleaning supplies and hand-sanitizing soaps, for you to maintain a clean and safe environment throughout your visit.
We are here to ensure that your stay is not only comfortable but also adheres to the necessary precautions for health and safety.
- Per the building bylaws, quiet time is between 10:00 pm – 7:00 am
- Minimum Rent Age: Please note the primary renter must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
- No outdoor shoes are permitted throughout the unit.
- The building is a no-smoking zone. Smoking or vaping indoors, on the open patio, or deck is strictly prohibited. A minimum $500 fine will be imposed on violators and a possible suspension of account by Airbnb depending on the damage.
- In respect of other tenants or guests in adjacent rooms, parties are strictly prohibited. Making noise or playing music that is beyond acceptable level is not allowed.
- Please be courteous to neighbors on the balcony.
- Please load the dishwasher before leaving.
- There is a garbage room downstairs, please throw out garbage before checking out.
- Please ensure to take all your belongings at check out. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
- Items left in the condo will be stored for 30 days and donated or discarded thereafter.
- Sorry, we love pets but can't accommodate them at this time.

Things need to be a certain way - cleanliness, comfort and attention to detail is what is important to us and especially our guests.

We cater to those with special needs and are always willing to set up the property with those special items to make everyone feel welcome and appreciated.
