Thanks so much for choosing to stay with us. We hope you have a relaxing and comfortable visit. To help keep things running smoothly, here are a few simple house guidelines:

Quiet Hours & Balcony Use: Canmore’s quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please avoid using the balcony or patio during that time. Noise complaints may result in fines from the town, which would be passed on to guests.

Shoes Off, Slippers On: Please remove your outdoor shoes when inside to help keep the floors in good shape. Indoor slippers are always a cozy option!

No Smoking, Vaping, or Drugs: Smoking, vaping, and non-prescription drugs are not allowed anywhere on the property. If there’s any evidence or complaints, additional cleaning and damage fees may apply.

Dryer Tips: When using the dryer, please leave the laundry room door open to avoid moisture build-up. Also, remember to empty the water container (top left corner of the dryer) between uses.

Sports Gear & Shared Spaces: Please don’t bring skis, bikes, or golf bags inside the unit. For the hot tub, games room, and gym, just follow the posted rules. Failure to do so may lead to fines from the building management.

Outdoor Dining: Feel free to enjoy meals outside — just use the unbreakable dishware provided for safety.

Unit Items: All items in the home belong to the owner and must stay in the unit. If anything is missing or damaged, replacement or repair costs may apply.

Cleanliness & Care: Please leave the space as you found it. Extra mess, damage, or items left behind (like garbage or dirty dishes) may result in added cleaning or handling fees.

Just a Heads-Up: We do our best to provide a great experience, but we can't be responsible for things beyond our control like power or internet outages, or exterior noise.

Family ski/snow trip

Our hosts were great at communicating and letting us know what to expect. The condo was well equipped and worked really well for us and for our adult kids. The location was also convenient. We would definitely stay there again!

Look no further… paradise found!

Amazing location with quick access to everything Canmore has to offer. Step off the ground floor deck onto the local trail system and begin the adventure! Simple check-in process with excellent host communication.

4 nights in Canmore

Such a great trip and lovely condo! Walking down Policeman’s trail to downtown was great, so many great eating spots! We liked booking the hottub and having it to ourselves. Parking is convenient. Views are great, well stocked. We will be back!

Glad we picked this location. It was perfect.

We were looking for a nice 2BR-2bath condo. There are plenty in Canmore. But this place was perfect. Ground floor location but still private. Walk beyond our patio (behind shrubbery) onto a bike/walking path (I had my coffee out there every morning on a bench) and watch the sunrise over the mountains. Very quiet but only a ½ mile walk to town. Great place.
