Enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay in this charming Oak Bluffs home, perfect for families and groups.

The home features three bedrooms and one-and-a-half bathrooms. Two bedrooms offer comfortable queen beds, while the third bedroom includes three twin beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for up to seven guests. The spacious living room and large, fully equipped kitchen make it easy to gather, cook, and enjoy time together.

Important information about the property: This home is one of two completely separate units within the property. The other unit is occupied by a resident and has its own separate entrance and separate driveway. The two units do not share living spaces, entrances, or driveways. Guests staying in this home have exclusive use of the beautiful backyard and outdoor areas described below. Nothing in the backyard, deck, patio, or other guest outdoor spaces is shared with the other unit. We want to make this arrangement clear so guests know exactly what to expect before booking.

Outside, you’ll find a beautiful private yard with lush green grass, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The backyard features a BBQ grill, hammock, and a large dining table with chairs, creating the ideal setting for outdoor meals and family gatherings. The yard is fully fenced, offering additional privacy and a peaceful atmosphere.

Guests can also enjoy the front patio and a rear deck overlooking the yard. For your convenience, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, and bicycles are available for use during your stay.

The property offers ample parking, including a two-car enclosed garage and a private driveway with space for two additional vehicles. The home combines modern comforts with a warm and inviting atmosphere suitable for guests of all ages.

Please note that while the front yard is not fenced, it is professionally maintained. Pets are welcome, but we kindly ask that they be walked outside the property for bathroom needs and not use the yard for this purpose.

Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM out of consideration for everyone on the property.

The house was clean, well-stocked, and had a beautiful backyard. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider renting the property again. However, I did want to share one concern about the rental.The house rules stated that quiet hours were from 11 PM to 7 AM. When I first read this, I assumed it was related to a neighborhood restriction intended to limit outside noise. However, I later discovered that people were living in the lower level of the house, and the quiet hours were intended to regulate activities inside the property as well.Having to constantly be mindful of disturbing the people living below us took away from our enjoyment of the property. I believe the fact that someone else was living in the house should have been clearly disclosed in the listing.This is important information that guests should know before booking, as it can significantly affect their expectations and overall experience.

My family had a great experience at this property. It was clean and the appliances were good to very good. The host keeps the grounds looking beautiful, and the porch and deck were terrific for relaxing. Communication with our host was very quick - anytime I had a question, it was dealt with very quickly. Pictures were provided to elaborate on details which was very nice. The location was great as we explored quite a bit of the island, and took walks and runs and this spot was great for all of it. I thought having 3 adult women and 2 men would make it difficult on the bathrooms since there is only 1.5 baths. Turns out, this was no problem at all. Our host had the place ready for us as expected with nice towels laid out, and nice other touches (soaps and such) that my wife and daughters really appreciated. We went there right in the middle of busy season and the per night price was consistent with that - but it appeared to be similar to other properties on the island. One note: The neighborhood is unpaved. This was no problem as we were in a large SUV but this is something good to know beforehand. A sedan would have been fine in there also.

The house is excellent - exactly as promised and Marcia was wonderful about preparing us and responding to our questions.The neighborhood is quiet and shady and both the front porch and the back deck were great places to hang out.Down town Oak Bluffs is very close, excellent restaurants and shops and open spaces and I had no problem charging at the library.Everywhere on the island is close and lovely and the weather was fantastic.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom home in Oak Bluffs. The house was exactly as pictured—beautifully appointed, spotless, and comfortable in every way. My friends and family especially appreciated the private yard, which made the stay feel both relaxing and secluded.Communication with the owner, Marcia, was excellent—she was responsive, timely, and made the entire process smooth. Check-in and check-out were seamless, which we really valued.Overall, this rental exceeded our expectations and made our time on Martha’s Vineyard truly special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained, and welcoming home.
