Beautiful oceanfront 1 bed/1 bath ground-level condo located in gated Sawgrass beach club. Experience spectacular sunrises and walks on the beach.

This condo has been fully renovated and beautifully furnished for your comfort. Fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances and everything you need to cook at home if you want. Lots of fine and casual dining nearby and just 30 minutes from historic St. Augustine.

In this condo, you can enjoy a king-size bed, a large TV, WIFI, all linens, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, washer and dryer, covered outdoor patio with endless views, access to a private pool and more!

The sofa bed in the living room accommodates an extra guest if necessary.

Surf Villa is the perfect oceanfront condo to offer a relaxing family/couples stay at an amazing beach!

The unit is eligible for temporary membership to the Sawgrass Country Club for a FEE. (Guests must purchase membership separately.) For more inquiries, please reach out to us.

Beautiful condo just steps from the beach off the patio. The gated entrance with QR code and parking right up to the unit was safe and convenient. The ice maker in the fridge wasn't working and cleaning of the floors and slider windows for the water view in the morning sunlight would have been a plus; however, overall fabulous! Janet was very easy to communicate with and we hope to return!

This place was very comfortable with awesome access to the beach and set in the most beautiful community in northeast Florida. The owners were very responsive.

I felt very much at peace at Surf Villa. The proximity to the beach and views are so relaxing. Sawgrass is one place that's always made me feel comfortable and at home, The unit is updated was very clean and very well equipped. The host was so kind, and very accommodating. Thank you sincerely for a lovely stay!

The beach was fantastic, we sat on the comfortable patio and had our morning coffee. The villa was inviting and fresh, nicely .decorated and comfortable. Perfect for a couple. A very short walk to the beach and parking lot. Janet was very engaged and responsive. I have used VRBO for 15 years and she is simply the best. We will be back.

Wonderful property

As out of town members of Sawgrass this location was perfect for us! A great property for two, well appointed, and very comfortable! Loved just listening to the ocean and watching the sunrise!

Beach Getaway

Our stay was lovely!The property is immaculate well furnished and stocked with everything you could possibly need to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Footsteps from the beach, lovely seating area on patio. Convenient location to all stores and shopping centers and restaurants. Will definitely be back!

Getaway to Ponte Vedra

The condo was gorgeous. It was perfect for two. The view from the condo of the ocean and the sunrise were spectacular. The condo had everything we needed and was close to restaurants and sites.

Amazing Surf Villa

We really enjoyed our stay! The villa is beautifully decorated, comfy couch and chairs. We loved sitting out on the patio enjoying the sound of the ocean and walking the beach. The unit was well equipped and very clean. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Beach Condo

This beautiful newly renovated condo had everything we needed to make our stay so enjoyable! Wonderful to be able to walk right out the door onto the beach. Jesse Ballard was really easy to communicate with and we hope to return again sometime soon.
