Summer Place is just half a block from beautiful Ponte Vedra Beach via a pedestrian walkway, and you'll find a quick trip across the dunes and down to the sand nearly as beautiful as the beach itself! This is a lovely, unspoiled area, with sparkling waves that leave new shells and sharks' teeth in the sand at every low tide. It's a great place to body-surf or simply splash in the tide and swim, surf, and play in the water with all your beach toys, from sea kayaks to Jet-Skis. Fishing in the surf has been known to yield some delicious catches, and there is no better way to pass a day in Ponte Vedra than in a beach chair with your toes in the water and a drink in your hand!

In Ponte Vedra, you're convenient to both Jacksonville and St. Augustine, with all of the great sightseeing, shopping, and fine dining of both locations.

The owner of this property does not have a Sawgrass membership, so Sawgrass Country Club amenities aren't available.

It was an absolute pleasure hosting John! He is truly one of the best guests we've ever welcomed. Incredibly respectful, thoughtful, and appreciative throughout his stay. I especially appreciated how he recognized the effort and care I put into making the rental a great experience—it truly meant a lot. He treated the home with great respect and left everything spotless. Communication was smooth and pleasant, and he made hosting a real joy. I genuinely wish every guest could be like him. He’s always welcome back anytime!

You’re definitely paying mostly for location with this listing. There were some things not functional or available at the VRBO that we initially planned for being available. Great location and easy to work with.

Great stay in perfect location!

Property was super clean, located perfectly for the activities that I was involved in, and accommodated everything needed for a 4 night stay with my two poodles. Looking forward to going back soon!

Very pleased. Met my needs perfectly, clean and sufficiently supplied, very safe area. Thankfulness for ability to have my dog with me while husband at Mayo cannot be adequately expressed. Would recommend and will definitely keep in mind if need arises again.

Another Great Stay

My favorite place to stay when visiting family in the Ponte Vedra/Sawgrass area. I’ve stayed several times and this condo is always spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Short walk to the beach and short drive to many good shops and restaurants. The host is very friendly and helpful!
