Beautiful villa in the villages

Property was extremely clean and comfortable living in. The best location in the villages.The owners were very helpful when answering questions and they both went the extra mile to ensure we had whatever we needed. I did not want to leave and most certainly will be back even longerThank you for letting my wife and I stay here

Perfect

House was immaculate and well stocked with everything we needed. Host was very responsive to questions both before and during stay. It was the perfect location for us to hop in the golf cart and head to Lake Sumter Landing. Would definitely stay here again.

Lake Sumter

This is a great getaway. Everything you need is provided. Just bring your clothes and a toothbrush. Excellent place to stay and close to everything!

Don't think twice, act now and book!!

I've rented several homes, and this house has to be my favorite!! Anything you may need or think you need will be available. Very close to pool, restaurants and entertainment for the evening. I can't wait to rent this home again next year.

Great Villa

This villa was perfect for our vacation, very clean and had everything we needed. Golf cart made it easy to get to the nearby pools and to Lake Sumpter.

Great Villages Rental

This home is perfectly set up for short or long stays, has easy access to the Lake Sumter Town Square, many recreation centers/pools and golf courses and was exactly as advertised. The owners were very friendly, helpful and responsive. Would definitely rent here again.

November stay

The house was just as the photos show - clean, tidy and well stocked with everything needed for a month long stay. The golf cart was an extra bonus. The location was centrally located for shopping and dining. We enjoyed our stay

Great house!

Perfect location. Super well appointed house. We had everything we could possibly want and then some. We had such a nice stay. Everything was top notch. Enjoyed the golf cart!

Month in Sable Chase

We have been spending the month of April many years in The Villages. Lynn and Steves' villa was great. The location to Sumter Landing is very convenient to shopping, restaurants, and nightly music. Having the golf cart included was a nice addition along with the residence passes. We were able to use any of the pools and golf courses. If you wanted to have some quiet time, spending time at the house was perfect. The backyard is nicely designed and could sit in the sun or shade on the lounge chairs. The lanai could be opened as a screened in porch or close up the sliders and use the air conditioner that was in the lanai. The interior of the house was bright and airy. It was well equipped and furnished nicely. We enjoyed many home cooked meals at the house and the quietness of the neighborhood. Lynn and Steve were always available if we had a question and the property manager came over and introduced herself to us. We would definitely rent again from Lynn and Steve. Mary Ann and Tom

Great stay

Everything was clean and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and the owner communicated very well. We didn’t communicate with the property manager so couldn’t rate this question. . Really nice location.
