Gulf Crest #3 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome that is only a short walk to the crystal-clear water and white sands of Miramar Beach. The townhouse comes equipped with high speed internet/Wi-Fi and keyless entry. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and a has a flat screen tv with cable. The guest room has a twin over full bunkbed and has a flat screen tv with cable. The newly remodeled living room has a sleeper sofa. This beautiful townhome is a perfect place to vacation with your family and friends and sleeps up to 6. This spacious unit has has a beautiful sunroom with a dining room table for four. The community pool is only steps away and is equipped with chairs and umbrellas. This townhome is sure to give you the perfect vacation experience!

Area Attractions:

Gulf Crest Townhomes are convenient to both the beautiful Destin/Miramar beaches and Grand Boulevard Towne Center with incredible restaurants, shopping and a play park with children’s activities. Grand Boulevard Town Center is pedestrian friendly and located just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to Miramar Beach. Dining options include Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food, Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food as well as many others. Grand Boulevard Towne has “New Vision Boulevard 10” a Cineplex with 3D and jumbo digital screens. In addition to Grand Boulevard Towne there are many family friendly go-cart courses, mini-golf, and water parks within a short walk or drive.

Best little spot! Large condo and it’s so close to the beach!!! A nice quick walk and you’re on the beach. The pool is a nice bonus! Everything was clean and nice!

Townhouse was very comfortable and close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay there and the property was very safe. Pool was awesome for my little ones to continue to practice their swimming skills. Loved our family time together

Property is beautiful, close to beach. Coming from out of state, it would be helpful to have some beach supplies for the guests…chairs, a small cooler, etc. Other than this, everything is perfect!

Family Vacation

The property was exactly as described and it was a very short term all to the beach. We loved the place and would definitely stay again.

The location was perfect. Less than a five minute walk to the beach. small residence. We had the pool to ourselves. With a party of four would stay here again.

Great getaway for the family.

Great spot to get away for a few days with the family. Close to the beach, with a pool just outside the front door. Close to shopping of all kinds and just a 2 minute walk to the beach!! Would definitely recommend.

Great Vacation and Excellent Location

We really enjoyed our vacation and it was an overall wonderful experience. The townhouse was in a great location with an easy walk to the beach and exactly what we needed. Everything was perfect.

Wonderful place and host!

It is a hidden gem! Wonderful place for our family, close to the beach. So many great memories made with our family, and very reasonably priced! Great host and quick responses!

Great Location

Our family had a wonderful time. We had friends staying close by, so we really just needed an affordable place to stay the night at while we were there. Place was remodeled and pleasant. Located close to everything. We enjoyed our stay.

Great spot!!

I love this location!! This was our second stay and it proves to be a great location. Short walk to the beach and pompano joes. The condo was great and plenty of space for myself and my 2 kids. We’ll be back for sure!!

Perfect for a family trip

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Short easy walk to the beach, even with little kids and beach gear. The pool was so nice when we needed a break from the waves but still wanted to enjoy the outdoors. Would definitely recommend this place and we will be back next time we’re in Destin.

Great Location

The property was very clean and nice. The property is in a great location ( a very short walk to the beach). The Owners were great. (helpful and easy to communicate with).

Super Convenient Beach Stay

I have rented from this host before and we loved it so much we decided to rent again! This time we stayed in another unit they own and it was absolutely beautiful! We love there is a pool right out front and very quiet and kid friendly place also a very short walk to the beach we well as a restaurant and ice cream shop! We will definitely be staying again!

Fun, Sun, and the Perfect Stay!

The location was perfect, a very short walk to the beach and nestled in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. The house had a relaxed beach vibe and was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was a great bonus and added to the fun for our whole family. Communication with Kelly was seamless; she was responsive and helpful whenever we needed to touch base. It was the perfect family getaway, we had a wonderful stay, and we would absolutely love to return. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a fantastic beach stay!
