We had a great stay at the house. It was located in a great spot for everything we wanted to do with the park and Dollywood. Fit our family perfectly!

The house was perfect for our two families! It was roomy and comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The location was excellent. We were able to walk in to downtown every day and great access to trailheads. We had 2 bears we saw everyday! Would definitely stay here again.

Cabin fit our group really well. Kitchen is a great size and well stocked to cook for your group. Very close to Gatlinburg strip was very enjoyable. Couches in the sitting area were very comfortable. The twin bed in the first floor bedroom is very loud. I belive it was the boxspring making the noise. The property grounds could use some TLC. These did not keep our group from enjoying the property and having great friends getaway. Would stay at property again.

Ideal, so close to Gatlinburg, and quick access to the great Smoky Mountains. We enjoyed all the amenities of the property and the quick responsiveness of our Host whenever we had a question.

Great place to stay

My family and I stayed here for our New Years trip. The location is great and loved being able to be so close to downtown Gatlinburg. We also loved the view of the city. Great overlook!

Beautiful property

We had an amazing time, beautiful property, nice views, enjoyed nature h saw a few bears. Overall it was an awesome trip & stay in great accommodations, we enjoyed every minute.

Great place on top of a hill

This place was great. Clean and ready for us when we got there. It is very close to the downtown strip, but there is a large steep hill that winds to get up and down to the cabin.

Spring break vacation

We came to Gatlinburg on a spring break trip and had an amazing stay! The cabin was very clean and close to downtown. There was plenty of room for our group and the owners were very quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this property!!

We had a wonderful family stay. Cabin was just as described. Views are incredible. Beautifully decorated. Everything we needed. Would stay here again. Very nice.

Ladies Conference

We came down to Gatlinburg for a ladies conference and the cabin had great space, and was super close to the convention center! We loved the cabin and would definitely come again and recommend it.

Great hosts an awesome stay ... right next to downtown an far enough away to have your own privacy.. even got to see a couple of bears!!! ... they were quick to answer any questions we had!

The host was great and very responsive. The cabin was beautiful, clean, spacious and convenient to Gatlinburg city life. Only reason this is a 4 star rating vs. a 5 star was the fact the fireplace was not working and unable to use the hot tub or fire pit due to bears lurking around. Totally not the fault of the host.
