We enjoyed our stay here. The hosts had great communication with us and made checking in and out easy. Overall cleanliness was good, only thing we found was a few cobwebs inside that had not been cleaned. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is very nice. The kitchen had a good variety of utensils and items for our stay. Plenty of games to play during downtime. The driveway is very steep, so be prepared for that, but was not an issue for us. We used the North location of the three community centers for pickleball and the courts were great and even had lights to play through the dark. The cabin also provides a great view of the mountains and is a quiet place just outside of downtown Gatlinburg.

Great place to stay

Cabin is clean and location is great if you want a nice view,kids loved the cabin and next time when we come will stay at this cabin again

Lots of space, very comfortable, my adult children LOVED the pool table & video games. But seeing a Momma bear with 2 cubs come out of the woods behind the house, walk around & down in front of the house, then on out the driveway to the road was the BEST
Woke up to snow one morning, beautiful & gone by noon.

Overall, we had a wonderful ladies' trip, though there are a few areas that need attention. The 4 ensuite bedrooms were absolutely perfect for our group's getaway to Tennessee. What We Loved• Perfect Layout: Having private bathrooms for each bedroom made getting ready incredibly easy for our group.• Ideal Location: The house is conveniently located, allowing us to easily hike for four days in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.• Relaxing Amenities: The morning and evening views from the porch were stunning, and we thoroughly enjoyed winding down in the hot tub.• Convenient Extras: Having an in-unit washer and dryer was an absolute lifesaver for our hiking gear.• Excellent Communication: The management team was incredibly responsive and graciously allowed us a delayed check-out. Areas for Improvement• Property Access: The driveway and entrance to the property are exceptionally steep. Navigating it in a larger SUV was quite a challenge.• Cleanliness & Upkeep: The house had a musty smell upon arrival, and the DampRid bags in the closets were completely full of water. We also noticed cobwebs in several areas, and the Christmas decorations were still left on the fireplace mantle.• Bathroom Mold: We discovered mold in the showers. While management was quick to send housecleaning after we reported it, the mold was unfortunately still present afterward.• Guest Tip: Be sure to bring your own hair dryers, as they are not provided at the property.
