The Travelers Retreat Casita has all you’ll need to feel spoiled, including a Cal king bed with super soft bedding for the best nights sleep. Cook your own meals in our stocked kitchenette and full size refrigerator. The living room has a sofa that converts to a queen bed. You must request use of the sofa bed for extra guests and there is an charge per guest . Also we have 2-TV’s with wifi and a washer dryer for your convenience. It’s all in the details and you will love all the amenities too.

Travelers Retreat

This retreat was VERY clean, quiet neighborhood and King bed was VERY comfortable. Hostess was very gracious, friendly and helpful. Would stay there again....

Perfect getaway!

Stayed here for a weekend with my partner and it was the perfect place! Nancy and Todd are amazing hosts and the communication was great. This casita was perfect for 2 people and had everything we needed. I loved that the kitchenette is fully equipped and the bed was super comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and it is not too far from the stores. I would definitely stay here again. 10/10! :)

Amazing VRBO!

Nancy was such a fantastic host! Her “Travelers retreat” had all the creature comforts of Home…especially the super soft bath robes in the closet. The bed was super comfortable as well as the entire casita. Nancy provides the shampoo, the conditioner, the shower gel, the laundry soap, iron, ironing board, coffee, tea, and loads of delicious snacks. What more could you ask for! We will definitely stay with Nancy & Todd again when we come visit our family!

This was an awesome place to stay. It was close and convenient to all the grocery stores and restaurants we wanted to go to. The host was absolutely phenomenal, she made sure we were taken care of to the highest degree and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect Thanksgiving

Property was easy to find and a very quiet neighborhood. Parking was 10 steps from the rental, would rent again when in the area.

Best stay and best resting spot

So clean and comfy. The beds were so great. I was surprised how great the fold out couch was to sleep on.The hosts were amazing. Was the best VRBO I've stayed at. The neighborhood was quiet and cute. Can't say enough about this place, I wish all the VRBO's were like this.

Perfect place to stay

This casita is so cute. It was very comfortable and had everything I could have needed. The hosts really thought things through when they designed this casita. I felt like I was at home. I will for sure be back when I go to Murrieta. This is a great place to stay that is close to everything.

Graduation Getaway

Nancy and Todd are wonderful hosts and have thought of literally everything! We enjoyed connecting with friends and family and had a lovely day bicycling through Temecula wine country. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing! Everything you would need for a long weekend stay. They were so thoughtful with all the amenities. We were 11 miles to Wine country, which made for great day trips. Make sure to ask for recommendations of places to go, because they are places you don’t want to miss!!!

Hidden gem!

My sister and I were in town for my niece’s baby shower. The space was perfect for the two of us! The accommodations were very clean and inviting. You can tell that the hosts put a lot of thought into what their guests would need. The neighborhood was conveniently located and very quiet. I loved all of the labels - SUPER helpful. This property was above and beyond my expectations. Down to every little detail! They kitchen was well equipped with essentials, coffee pods, cremer and sugar! Bed linens were like slipping into marshmallows, fireplace and premium TV channels, I was in heaven!

Foxy Casita Murietta

My husband and I enjoyed 5 days at Todd and Nancy’s lovely casita while in town visiting family. Exceptionally clean, many thoughtful amenities, a king size bed is always a bonus and much appreciated, truly a well cared for property. It’s in a residential neighborhood at the end of a cul de sac and we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. A covered porch surrounded by palm trees and tasteful landscaping provided a nice place to sit outside and enjoy the mild weather. We had the pleasure of meeting our hosts and would definitely stay here again.

Nice rental in a good neighborhood

My wife and I were delighted to find this gem in Murrieta. We needed needed a place for a long weekend stay that had more amenities than a hotel could offer. The owners went above and beyond to make this perfect little spot. Check-in/check-out process was easy. Everything inside was top notch and the unit was very clean. It is located in a caul-de-sac neighborhood that was quiet and peaceful; away from any main road traffic or noise. If we make it back this way for another trip, we are definitely seeing if this place is available first.

Great Casita!

This casita is extremely well appointed. Todd and Nancy have thought of everything! There is a generous supply of coffee pods and snacks available. They have provided all basic toiletries and even easy to have forgotten items such as q-tips, hair ties and even ear plugs! The bed and linens are high quality and comfortable. They have truly furnished this place as an extension of their home. The casita is impeccably clean. We recently moved out of state and still have family in the area. The casita is very centrally located with access to multiple dining spots and close to great access. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely stay here for future visits to the area.

Extremely Comfortable Casita

We have stayed here 3 times and would not hesitate to come back again. 2 adult children stayed with us this trip and the Queen sized sofa bed was grear. All of the provided linens and bedding are soft and extremely comfortable. The bedroom has a door to separate from the living space and the second bed. Nancy is so easily accessible for any questions. All of the added touches (kitchen and bathroom soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, bubble bath, dish soap, laundry soap, Keurig pods, filtered water, qtips, hair ties, razors, bath robes, hair dryer, iron etc etc. I could continue LOL) make staying here not only convenient but homey. They even have a patio set up with seating and a fire table. I really can’t say enough about the effort that has gone into this casita.

We have resided in Murrieta for over 30 years and have spent years improving our home and we can't wait to host our guests in our newly remodeled casita. I was raised back east where the houses were huge and had lots of wallpaper, so when I designed the casita I found the most incredible wallpaper for the bedroom. We both love outdoor activities and are very busy but, we love hanging out and watching the kids play in our neighborhood. We are excited about this new adventure hosting guests at our home.

When we moved to this area I fell in love with this location. It is tucked next to the scenic hills that are great for hiking . We love that is centrally located to the mountains for skiing and the beach and local airports that are all within an hours drive . We also love our culdesac with a very family friendly vibe.

We are centrally located to the La Airport or San Diego airport all within an hour and half .We are also 15 minute from Temecula Valleys best wineries. Murrieta also has amazing hiking trails and horseback riding too. Our downtown area has wonderful restaurants and coffee shops.
