Very welcoming and so very helpful! It was a beautiful spot and so relaxing. I was there for over a month and they were so great.

I'm sorry to give it a low score. It would have been higher if there was a book that explained how to turn on the light, how to turn on the oven, how very low the water pressure is, that the water smells disgusting (thankfully I brought a filter so I could drink the water), that the beds are so high a normal person can not get in or out easily (I slept on the love seat it didn't pull out), the bunk bed was clostrophobic, there were no closets for long hanging clothes ( I had to build one out of PVC pipe), the location was great and it was quiet and it was nice to see the horses. More explanation for those who have never stayed in a trailer would have been nice.

We are truly disappointed by this review, especially because many of the concerns mentioned were addressed in the detailed check-in instructions provided before arrival. We also reached out multiple times throughout this ten-night stay to ask if anything was needed or if we could assist in any way. Unfortunately, we never received a response or were made aware of any concerns. We would have gladly helped resolve any issues immediately. Regarding the bed height, we invested over $2,000 in replacing the standard RV mattress with a premium mattress to provide exceptional comfort, an upgrade that many previous guests have specifically appreciated. We understand that staying in an RV is different from staying in a traditional home and may not be suitable for everyone. However, we go above and beyond to provide clear instructions, quality accommodations, and attentive communication. While everyone is entitled to their opinion, it is disheartening to receive such a negative review when the information and assistance were readily available throughout the stay. Our many five-star reviews reflect the care and dedication we put into every guest experience. We remain incredibly grateful to those who recognize and appreciate our efforts.

Wonderful stay! Jessica and her husband were amazing hosts. Quick, responsive and flexible. Her husband walked me around the property and introduced me to the different animals on site. We came to Temecula for a lacrosse tournament at Galway Downs. It is an easy 15 minutes away. As for the RV, it was clean, well stocked, the water pressure for everything’s fine, and the AC worked really well. Highly recommend, thanks again Jessica!

Our host Jessica was wonderful. Responded to all our needs and was very welcoming. My 87 year old mom and I had such fun staying in the RV. It had everything we needed and was quite comfortable. The location was awesome, close to many wineries. The animals at the sanctuary were a plus! We definitely are planning a return visit.

Adorable & in the heart of wine country

Such a cute place and the location could not be better! It was nice to have a place to sit outside and let our dog sniff around. Would definitely recommend!

Fun family stay

We had a great time waking up to air balloons, getting to play on the playset and tire swing and saying hello to the animals when it was dry. When it was stormy the trailer was warm and cozy and the movie collection was a welcome distraction.

Country getaway

My wife and I absolutely loved staying here! The RV was so quaint, and the property manager was very communicative. The atmosphere with the farm animals was amazing.

Very Nice

Great location and easy access. The trailer was very nice with enough room for me and my not so small two boys. Amenities were nice and the unit was very clean. I would definitely stay there again

Great location/ very comfy

Our stay was during the Temecula Balloon and Wine Festival. This location was ideal! We were able to get back and forth to the festival and enjoy all the nightlife of down town Temecula with ease. We enjoyed our stay in this cozy trailer. There was great outside seating for us to relax and appreciate the sensory and all the critters were super friendly.

Beautiful property and super convenient to the wineries and other activities in Temecula. Really couldn’t have asked for a better more relaxing spot. The RV had everything I could need and more, especially for the space. Cannot recommend it enough. Had the most pleasant and relaxing stay. The animals were so beautiful and just added a cherry on top. Jessica was also always available and made sure I had everything I could need.

We did not know when we booked this RV that our stay directly helps them care for and feed their sanctuary animals. It was so enjoyable to watch the horses, goats, pigs and chickens from our lovey yard that was fully equipped with a BBQ, picnic table and seating area with a gas fire table. The fifth wheel RV was perfect for our 3-night stay for me and my husband and daughter. We had a wedding to go to in Temecula that was only 11 minutes to the winery. So much nicer for us than a hotel and get away to the countryside. We had everything we needed and worked perfect for us. The RV was very clean and fully equipped for cooking or barbequing. Especially enjoyed the coffee first thing in the morning in our jammies. Jessica and her husband were great hosts and were available for all of our inquiries. We had an incredible weekend experience!

Nice little getaway

It was a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Property was as described and expected. We had no issues with the property and Lawrence responded quickly via phone or text to any questions we had. It's located away from the hustle and bustle of Temecula but only several miles away from any conveniences that you may need.

Great stay with amazing host Lawrance!

"What an amazing experience we've had here! The hospitality of Lawrence was unreal. Anything you needed he was always there to accommodate. The tranquility here is almost indescribable, you just need to see for yourself. Cooper was one of the highlights of the trip. The bed was exceptional as well. All around the BEST experience I've had with a vacation rental. Will be back for sure!"

Super Relaxing

Loved watching the horses, goats, pigs and rooster run around on the other side of the fence from the RV. This was our time staying in one and it was much better than we had anticipated. We were looking for something different than the typical hotels in town. It was really close to several wineries, 10mins to town for any type of food and couple mins longer to Old Town Temecula. The only negative I can say about our trip is we weren’t visited by the infamous Cooper 😊

Wine Getaway

Location was good, a little further from some of our favorite wineries but was nice. Trailer was definitely older than we thought but was clean and everything worked great. Bed was comfortable. Outside needed some clean up. The grill had to be cleaned out for it had a grease fire when we tried to light it. Owner has more dogs than just Cooper. They barked a lot, especially at our dog. Cooper was a great dog but will jump the fence to be by you. Definitely had some road noise too. Owner was responsive to our texts and was polite and courteous. The property was fun to see all of the animals and you can tell they are working hard to take care of them. We would stay there again.

Beautiful location and delightful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO listing. The setting is glorious...beautiful rolling hills and vineyards (very green as the area had much rain before we arrived), a sweet animal refuge, and amazing sunrises and sunsets. As we were there in what Californians consider winter, it was cool with blue skies and sunshine. Cooper, the host dog, was wonderful and gave us lots of love. We learned to do the RV "shuffle" in working in the kitchen. The kitchen was well supplied. The portable heater kept up for the most part....the only time it was chilly was our last night as it was below 30 and there was frost. Lawrence answered our questions immediately. He was great! Thank you, Lawrence! We were thankful we had the opportunity to stay here. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit, grill and hammock! Watching the hummingbirds as well as the animals in the refuge was delightful! We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay

The RV is a great place to stay ! It’s located on an animal sanctuary . You can see the horses, goats, chickens, turkey’s, and pigs next to the little fenced off area that surrounds the RV. One of the house dogs, Cooper, is a welcome furry friend on your visit. There is a hammock and a fire pit and the location is near Skinner Lake. This is a very ideal getaway place plenty of space and a very friendly environment definitely recommend

Nice Little Getaway

My kids and I loved the animals on the property and really enjoyed watching them during the day. We had plenty of space for me and my two kids as well. And the owner was very easy to contact if we had any questions. Would definitely recommend this rental!

Great Short Getaway- Cozy

Definitely will recommend this location for small party of 2-3 people. The location was perfect and so close to the wineries. The property was great because you got the country experience but so close to everything. Lawerence was also so nice and responsive. 1) good location 2) host responsive 3) felt very safe for two girls 4) cute fire pit and bbq outside 5) private 6) earlier check in
