We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. Please make yourself at home, your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions. We are happy to assist via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

You'll have access to the entire home with a private entrance, which ensures your privacy and comfort. Entry is secure and easy with a keypad lock. You'll have access to a backyard/patio, grill, parking in the driveway as well as other amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi and a well-equipped laundry area.
Step onto the rooftop patio as the sun dips behind the Rockies and string lights cast a soft glow over the neighborhood. Mornings invite you to sway in the backyard hammock with a cup of coffee, while evenings are best spent gathered around the grill or strolling to Sloan’s Lake just minutes away. Sleeping arrangements
This home accommodates up to 12 guests across five bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, sofa bed, TV, blackout curtains, and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom includes a king bed and blackout curtains, while the third offers a queen bed with lounge chairs and a table. The fourth bedroom provides a queen bed, dresser, mirror, and rooftop patio access. The fifth bedroom has a queen bed and dresser. With two full bathrooms and a half bath, mornings and evenings flow without delay.

The rooftop patio is a favorite gathering spot, furnished with lounge chairs and a table for relaxing under the open sky. Downstairs, the fenced backyard provides another retreat with a propane grill, hammock, and space for games. Outdoor furniture and a balcony offer more options to enjoy Colorado’s fresh air.

Inside, 2,400 square feet blend functionality with ease. The living room centers around a flat-screen TV and comfortable seating, while the dining area invites shared meals. A private office with a desk, chair, and monitor is available for work or study, and the laundry room with washer, dryer, and utility sink supports longer stays.

The kitchen is equipped with upgraded appliances and all the essentials for cooking your own meals, from pots and pans to oil, salt, and pepper. Guests will find a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, toaster, hot water kettle, coffee maker, and wine glasses. A dining table anchors the space for group meals, and coffee is provided.

Parking is available on the driveway and street, where signs permit. Kindly note there is no garage access. Please do not block driveways or gates to businesses next door.

For your safety, security cameras have been installed outside the property monitoring the front door and back door. There are no cameras inside the property.
