We enjoyed our stay in this very clean, spacious and lovely house. It was perfect for our family of 11 people getting ready for wedding activities and wedding. The host responded to any questions right away. Definitively would stay here again!

Excellent space for a reunion! We had seven people, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The couch in the living room is perfect for a big group to gather, and the dining room table was also perfect for our size. We loved the huge backyard, and the table in the backyard was also the perfect size. Amazing bathrooms, great amenities in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend this place and would absolutely stay there again. Thank you, Paxton!

Amazing

Perfect VRBO for our trip! Had everything we needed and was in great location for everything we wanted to do while in denver. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Loved our stay here!

We stayed here (& the guest house) with 5 families for a softball tournament. The location is very central to many attractions and the fields we played at. There was plenty of space for everyone and a few nice areas to hang out. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking equipment. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay in Denver

we loved staying at this house, the outdoor space was great and we enjoyed using the large kitchen for cooking. the hosts were excellent - great communication and provided us with everything we needed. overall 5 stars across the board! highly recommend!

Perfect for 2 families

Two families of 5 each enjoyed this house so much. Plenty of room for sleeping and downtime space. Close to the Denver market where we visited multiple times. Everything we did was within an hour to hour and a half from the home. We will stay again!

Snowmobiling wirh family

Family 10 adults 6 kids and a infant Very comfortable, very nice showers and bathrooms very clean and comfortable. Big bar for everyone to gather and nice backyard for kids to build snowman. Games in garge and plenty of cooking utensils 5 star

Denver 40y/o Friends trip

Meet up with a friends group of 8, place was great and easy to share the space. Had everything we needed. The game room was a converted garage, it was quite hot and didn't have air, but we didn't really plan to use it anyhow. Bathrooms, spaces were clean and comfy. Loved the visit. Was a bit far from most things we wanted to visit but easy to Uber from.

We stayed here with 5 families and 6 young adult kids for a week long softball tournament. Perfect for the girls to be separated and have their own space. Loved having the fire pit and smote skewers for three nights of smores. Had plenty of dishes and cups so we didn’t have to do dishes every day. Could have had the actual balls for spike ball but we made do with regular whiffles. Great fireworks show out on by all the neighbors for the 4th. It does come with all three shampoo conditioner and body wash in each bathroom. AC worked great and also tv easy to work so we could watch World Cup games! Only suggestion would be to add a trash can for the amount of people the house holds. Centrally located to all of our fields and downtown as well. If you have time go to the little downtown area just south on the exit from the freeway, great donut spot, BBQ and coffee spots! Thanks for a great stay!
