very nice property. Host was very good at responding to us. We had to rent this last minute and it was cleaned before we arrived.

Absolutely nervous about her stay because it was on a very busy street but the house was adorable clean and quiet. I would definitely consider staying there again as it was 10 minutes from downtown and close enough to the expressway that you could get anywhere in a reasonable amount of time.We had to add a guest last minute and that was not a problem. The host were excellent communicators.

The house was as advertised and clean but it was obvious that the property was only used as a rental. Also, the road that the property was off of was very busy and it made pulling in and out of the driveway a chore.

Excellent stay. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The Firepit and hot tub were great, and the location was perfect.

This home was clean, roomy, and had space for everything and everyone. The kids lived all the board games and space in the backyard to play and soak in the hot tub. 10/10 would recommend
The hot tub was so warm and relaxing
The fire pit was a big hit with making smores

Had a great stay over the holiday. Property is on a very busy street but you could hardly hear the traffic. Great grill and yard areas.

The home is very nice. Maintained very well great fire pit backyard with hot tub great location for our stay to visit the red rocks! We definitely would recommend to friends and family!

Communication was great from start to finish, especially considering this was a very last-minute reservation. The property is incredibly spacious and worked perfectly for our family at the end of a two-week cross-country trip. The kids absolutely loved being able to grab their bags and each pick their own rooms. My teenager loved having the basement area to himself, Dad enjoyed relaxing in the front living area, and the little ones were so excited to have their own room too. It was really the simple thoughtful touches that made the stay special — the Legos, family games, and overall setup truly made it feel comfortable and welcoming for families. Customer service and communication were spot on, and the property tied together the final days of our trip perfectly.

Radical

This is a surprising Denver gem which is close to major attractions with easy freeway access. Plenty of space for all. The only drawback is that it is on a busy street but there is parking next to the house which is very manageable and a front drive for turning around and backing in. I would definitely stay here again.

Not child friendly

We liked the location, close to Zoo and Meow Wolf in downtown Denver! Restaurants, park and grocery were conviently located. The house does not have 4 year old friendly bowls or spoons! And not enough extra blankets! The crew in the lower level were cool most nights!
