With the changing season we leave maple sugaring and skiing behind for mountain biking and fishing! This renovated, yet still charming Parsonage in the center of Charlemont is well appointed for your comfort, with 2022 kitchen and baths, air conditioning, dedicated home office, shed storage for your gear, a front porch and a big flat yard. Fully equipped kitchen and toys for adults and children too! Not deep in the dark woods but right in the village! In summer, come back for rafting, zip lining, hiking and the fabulous Mountain Coaster at Berkshire East. Whitewater rafting outfits are within 5 miles. Gloriosa and Wicked Awesome Events Among the Oaks are close by. A new brewery is opening in the spring. Music venues, shopping and dining in Shelburne Falls. Come see for yourself!

Reunion

Weekend reunion with my family. The property was very nice. Rooms spacious and clean. The only negative thing I would say is the listing should state accommodations for 6 adults and 2 children or get a larger bed. One of the bedrooms the bed was very short and not a full size. Our shortest sister ended up with that room; however, her 6’2” husband ended up on the couch. Other than that we had a great reunion.

Perfect ski home!

Beautiful home to enjoy with friends and family

This home is lovely and beautifully kept. You can see and feel the love and pride the owners have for their home. It has everything you need and is a perfect location.

Excellent property and host! Highly Recommend

Our host was excellent and accommodating! The property was adorable and the vibe was great. We really enjoyed our stay! If you are ever in the area for a wedding this is the perfect cozy house to stay at! So spacious and located 4 minutes from the venue. Stay here, you will not be disappointed!

Charming in Charlemont

Very authentic “old world” experience. Lovingly restored and maintained. Hosts went above and beyond to offer restaurant recommendations and make sure our stay was top notch. Much appreciated.

We bought this historic house in 2022 to invest in the community. We have another home in Charlemont only a mile away. Because we think the area has so much to offer we are hoping others will come and see for themselves.

Charlemont is in the Berkshire Mountains of western Massachusetts close to the Vermont border. It has access to wonderful recreational, cultural and dining options. We have another home in Charlemont and love it here.

The Parsonage has a charm of it's own with all the amenities a guest would want. We're so pleased with the renovation and guests seem to appreciate the details. Even an architect guest was impressed!
