Spacious and clean, cozy and quirky, it was the perfect base for my group’s ski weekend at Berkshire East.

Kim is the best host ever. The house was super clean, the kitchen and bathrooms well stocked, and overall the property was very comfortable and inviting. A great choice for my buddies and me to spend a music weekend. We’ll definitely be back!

An incredible place to stay. The views are so beautiful - the river, the mountain, the field and flowers in the front yard. Inside attention has been paid to every detail and there are plentiful amounts of everything one could ever need. It's quite amazing how Kim has thought of it all. She is also so responsive and helpful and goes out of her way to be accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here.

Amazing place to stay

We loved our time here. Kim was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. Beautiful property, lovely and comfortable home, horses to visit with, trails to wander and the river out back to relax in and just admire. Would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful Stay!

Kim is a gracious host! The house has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. It's a very pretty location with the river and mountain side. The whole family loved every minute!

Beautiful retreat for all

We were in town for our youngest's college graduation. The house and gardens provided relaxation for 3 generations. It was comfortable and allowed everyone space to connect and relax.

Tranquility

We loved our stay with the birds and gentle sound of the running stream behind the home. The home felt like our home with the kitchen perfectly fitted with all we needed to cook and rooms with comfortable sofas and chairs. It was perfect for our family to share some slow time together.

Rugrats vacation

We were all thoroughly impressed with the accommodations that Kim provided at her house. The inside and outside were beautifully maintained and very comfortable. The living areas were extremely spacious!.. Kim contacted us throughout our stay to check on us. The hummingbirds were wonderful to watch throughout the day on her large deck and her two beautiful horses were fun to watch on the premises. So serene. The fire pit was great. I could go on! Thank you so much Kim for an unforgettable stay!
