Sleeps 17+ 6 bdrms, 12bds, a magnificent bunk room with gaming systems and toys for the kids, while the adults enjoy movies in the theater, fun by the fire pit in the backyard, or chilling in the hot tub! Each room has brand new mattresses with gel foam toppers, tv's and extra bedding for comfort. 15 minutes from Park City: skiing, biking, boating, hiking, cross country skiing, fishing, wind surfing, amazing food, stunning views of Wasatch!

The home was wonderful for our big family. We had places to spread out or to gather together. The beds were very comfortable and the children loved the playroom.

Well, idk

To leave an honest review, it could have been better. The home had great spaces and plenty of beds. Brittany was great at communicating and was helpful and kind. The home wasn't clean, though. Brittany is taking steps to change things for future guests and refunded us 50. We appreciate that! For the overall price and experience, though, it wasn't worth it and we wouldn't return.

Great location and responsive host

Property was in a great location and host was easy to contact. They delivered more towels the night we checked in and were easy to contact.

Christmas Get Away

I wanted to do an experience this year. And the house fit us all great, the rooms were perfect and the kids had fun in the big bunk bed room. The upstairs kitchen was a huge disappointment: old, dirty counters & oven even dirty dishes in the cupboards, no filtered water, bare minimum equipment to use, the knife block had a few knives and the others were laying on the counter. The kitchen downstairs was updated but sign said no food downstairs, so why have a nice kitchen you can’t use? It was in the pictures advertising the bnb. I paid double for the night because of Christmas. But the kitchen which is where the heart of the home is was not okay. I left my clean kitchen and came to a dirty, minimal functioning kitchen.

Women's Retreat

This house was perfect for our women's retreat. Plenty of room and the beds were so comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. It was clean and the owners were quick to respond with anything we needed. We would definately stay here again!

Wonderful stay at a great property!

We had a large group of girls and this was a perfect location! If we had known, we probably would have stayed longer! A great number of rooms and plenty of bathrooms and a well-stocked kitchen with kitchen supplies. A wonderful host!

Family reunion

Great size for a group work getaway

The property was super charming and comfortable. We were a group of university students and professors at a retreat. There were close to 20 of us and there was easily enough room to meet, work, and relax without ever feeling cramped. The location is in very much in town but Heber prides itself on its lack of light pollution and that was very true. The backyard feels pretty private especially at night. Overall, great stay and would return.

Loved the Case Place!

We met with Family for my son's Graduation. We had plenty of room for my siblings and parents and our kids. We enjoyed all of the space and the comforts that were available to us!!! It was just perfect. Thanks so much.

What a great staycation for a twin 18th birthday party!!

Our kids wanted to get away and have a combined twin birthday party for their 18th. We wanted to find a place close to where we live, but that felt like a getaway without having to drive several hours. This was the perfect set up and we were able to have 21 people in the house with no problem. Everyone was 16 or over and the kids really enjoyed it. They loved the bunk room for the girls. The guys loved the media room and the different places to sleep. The hot tub was a hit. We went over to the Homestead crater so it was great being so close by. We were able to make breakfast for everyone the next day without too much trouble and there were all the kitchen amenities that we needed! Brittany was an amazing host and was very responsive to everything. The neighborhood is not what I would say resort like or high-end, but the neighbors who were around were very nice and it was very quiet. Thanks so much Case Place!

Christmas 2023

House was perfect for our group size. The cleanliness was not ideal. Lots of hair and the carpet was dirty. There was a sweeper so we made short work of that. Basement is alil cold for the babies on the floor beds while the upstairs was plenty warm. Otherwise it worked very well.

We took a quick trip to have a little time with our kids and their small families. There was abundant space for gathering AND privacy and quiet for babies sleeping. Love the craft/coloring room and the bunk room. Very comfortable.

Teacher Getaway

Seven teachers/moms that needed a quick retreat, found it in this property! We were able to communicate with Brittany regarding our arrival time. She worked with us on that. We hung out in the media area and watched our home state football team and easily worked that technology. The bedrooms were spacious. Our time spent in the living area was comfortable. The beds and pillows were deluxe! Not one of us had a bad, including the bunk beds. The neighborhood was quiet and check out was a cinch. This is the place for any large gathering! Thank you Brittany!

so fun!

this was perfect for our stay. We came for a bike race loved having a garage to store the bikes. The host made it feel so welcoming. Their is more space in this home. It made it such a great place to stay. I would stay here again next time in the area.

Great house, great host, great stay!

We had a fun time staying at the Case Place. Lots of room for our big family. The grandkids loved being together in the bunkbeds. The theater room was amazing! Britanny was so helpful and so quick to answer any questions I had. She made sure we had everything we needed and was so kind to help us get back a couple of things that were left behind. You will love staying here!
