Welcome to 8400 sq ft of Family Reunion Fun!
Minutes from lakes, trails, golf courses, mountain biking, and road biking, river rafting and tubing, zip lines, and train rides. Ideal for skiers, only 20 minutes to Park City and 15 minutes from Deer Valley's back mountain lift. Supermarkets and restaurants are just 2 miles away in Heber City. - also RV hookups.

Miscellaneous Policies:
Swimming pool:
Pool is open from Memorial Weekend to Labor Day weekend and included in the price. We don't provide pool towels, only bath towels. Depending on the weather, (especially the night temperatures) we can open the pool during the month of May and September for $150/day. Check with the owners if you are interested in the pool those two months. If you rent the pool during May and September, you will need to rent it for your entire stay, not just part of your rental period. The pool is NOT available Oct through April.

We require a minimum four night rental for Thanksgiving and a minimum five night rental for Christmas and New Years.

If you have more than 44 guests, you will be charged $10 per person per night.

Roomy House

The house had tons of space with lots of things to keep all the kids busy. We had a big group but never felt crowded. The bedrooms were good sized with comfortable beds. The theater room was a hit as well as the ping pong and pool table. The kitchen was fully stocked which was helpful and there were several cabinets to store our own food. The outside of the property seemed great but the snow made it tricky to utilize. The house is old and tired and could definitely use some TLC in a few places but it was clean. The owner was prompt with their communication and great to work with.

Family reunion

This was our second visit and we are happy with the accommodations which allowed us to enjoy our time together. There were a couple of concerns about: no batteries in the carbon monoxide detector, an outlet shocked one of the teenagers when he tried to plug something in it, the bedroom with no window is a fire code violation, the fireplace on the wall behind the dining table makes the wall hot to to the touch.

5 Days of Golf in Heber City, Utah

We have been going to Heber City for a Annual Golf Outing for 4 years. We've stayed at nice properties but now we have found our home. 12 guys all had there own room and all had plenty of space to also be away from the group to call family or return business calls without noise in background. Emily is wonderful and responds quickly. There is also a handyman 15 minutes away if there is issues. We already booked for 2025.

Grandfather's 75th Birthday

Peaceful area, the house was furnished well, there was lots to do in the house and on the property, the house had a great layout. lots of room. We had a great time and plan to come back

super clean, grounds beautifully maintained, sparkling pool and hot tub, firewood stacked for campfire, hose close by to douse campfire, tv service excellent all of which were available for our whole family. kitchen well stocked with equipment 2 ovens, gas stove, 2 refrigerators. quick response for equipment problems.

Heaven on earth

The property was magnificent with every amenity imaginable. The views of the mountains were spectacular. The house was perfectly located near hiking and various outdoor activities, but provided so many choices at the home itself. Our family enjoyed the pool, hot tub, game room and media room.

Fantastic Family Reunion

My extended family had a wonderful time playing games, using the pool and hot tub. Although the house is a bit old and missing a few expected items like a corkscrew, coffee grinder and a cornhole set (I left a very nice new cornhole set however) the other amenities like the pool, hot tub, fire pit and pickle ball court were functioning well. Inside and outside space is very large but old. Places with this scale are hard to find and we had an epic reunion in a beautiful location.

Amazing Stay

Great place for a family gathering! Kids and teens had plenty to do on the property and the surrounding area has trails for hiking and biking. Park City is near by too. Heber City is lots of fun and there’s lake and river fishing nearby. Great place would rent it again! Thanks

Wonderful place for a Family Reunion!

Our extended family (44 of us) had a great time. The pool and game room provided fun activity. The living rooms and back patio were perfect for time together. Heber Valley offered many activities. The house had room for everybody. it was truly a great place for a family reunion! The house is a bit old, but adequate. We recommend getting a second dishwasher for the kitchen.

Best Family Reunion so far

This is our 2nd time staying at this property. We stayed here 14 years ago. Very convenient, all the ammenities. Communication with Emily, the property manager was super easy. She responds quickly. We had a great family reunion, plenty of space and tons to do. We loved it!

Erickson Family Reunion

The house had amazing amenities. We loved the pool, the hot tub and air conditioning on the hot days we stayed at your house. Our teenagers were continually competing in the basement game room and especially enjoyed the ping pong. We watched films and programs in the movie room and it served as a lecture room when one of our granddaughters offered a class on beauty tips and products. The open style with kitchen/back porch/ dining room provided space where we could all eat and connect together.

Heber weekend

This property can sleep a large family. The pickleball court was a great hit with us; however, be cautious because there is a6 inch drop off around all the edges of the court-potential injury areas. The weekend was quite cool with some rain but the pool was heated and the kids loved it. We had no water when we awoke one morning and it took until about 10:30 am to get water. The host was easy to contact anytime and responded quickly. Overall, a fun weekend with lots of amenities to accommodate a large family with many interests.

VRBO Rental

We used the facility for a quilt retreat and loved that there was the big room downstairs to set up sewing stations and also use some of the room upstairs for sewing stations. It was super nice to have all of the kitchen/dining area large enough to accommodate all of us at meal times. We had a hard time getting the temperature regulated so it wasn't too hot or too cold but the rest was nice. The hot tub was great for those that wanted to use it. There is lots of parking area and that made it great since there were 23 of us staying there.

Rustic, but accommodating for a large family gathering

We booked this property for our family reunion in April, 2024 (26 people). When we arrived we discovered that there was no water. The host had emailed me 3 hours before check-in, but I don't check my emails that often so we had no idea there were problems. They did have maintenance there working on the problem and they were friendly and nice and eventually came up with a makeshift solution so we could at least use the toilets and shower. We were not able to drink the water so we had to buy bottled water for the whole 5 days we were there. They did bring us a couple of cases of bottled water and offered to pay for any other water we bought if we kept the receipts. The temporary solution wasn't perfect and we lost water a couple of times during our stay. Luckily we have people in our family who are problem solvers and we were able to fix the problem until maintenance could get there (about 1 hour after notified). The weather heated up so we needed the air conditioner and had no idea how to make it work, but, again, maintenance came out and turned it on so we could cool down a bit. Even with the problems and inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay at this property because the house was large enough for our whole family to be together and have a good time which was the most important thing to us. It was pretty rustic and could use some TLC, but it worked for us.

Comfortable home with plenty of space and amenities. Incredible views of the Heber Valley and Timpanogos to the west. Would recommend for large gatherings!

Men’s Ski Trip

Great house for large groups. Location is fantastic and Heber City is a great town. Plenty of room for everyone and a great kitchen to cook for large groups. Bedrooms and beds are a little dated but overall we love staying here.

As promised—great for large groups

This property had everything you could want for a group getaway—games, TV’s, movie theater, pool, ping pong, basket ball, two ovens, two fridges, seating for a few dozen, hot tub and plenty of sleeping space. Host was very responsive. The only reason it’s a 4 instead of 5 was cleanliness. It needs a deep clean, especially stoves, ovens, carpets, and dust in some downstairs bedrooms.

Family reunion

Very spacious. Something for everyone to enjoy. Close proximity to all our scheduled activities. Close to grocery stores. Just all around great property. Emily was great with most of our needs. One thing we couldn’t get right at the property. Was regulating a comfortable temperature through the house. Some parts were very hot at times. And others were extremely cold. Overall is was a great trip and would rent again.
