Welcome to 8400 sq ft of Family Reunion Fun!
Minutes from lakes, trails, golf courses, mountain biking, and road biking, river rafting and tubing, zip lines, and train rides. Ideal for skiers, only 20 minutes to Park City and 15 minutes from Deer Valley's back mountain lift. Supermarkets and restaurants are just 2 miles away in Heber City. - also RV hookups.

Miscellaneous Policies:
Swimming pool:
Pool is open from Memorial Weekend to Labor Day weekend and included in the price. We don't provide pool towels, only bath towels. Depending on the weather, (especially the night temperatures) we can open the pool during the month of May and September for $150/day. Check with the owners if you are interested in the pool those two months. If you rent the pool during May and September, you will need to rent it for your entire stay, not just part of your rental period. The pool is NOT available Oct through April.

We require a minimum four night rental for Thanksgiving and a minimum five night rental for Christmas and New Years.

If you have more than 44 guests, you will be charged $10 per person per night.

Great place to stay for a large group! There's a lot of room and fun things to do at the house. Kitchen had everything you would need to cook for a large group too. The kids in our group never got bored and we all slept comfortably.

Our family had a fabulous time at the Lodge. The lodge is spacious and had many amenities that made our stay delightfully connecting. We will definitely be back.

Large property, easily able to handle our family reunion of 50 people. Many things for the kids to do and separate gathering spaces throughout the house. This house has everything!

The extra-spacious house fit 10 adults and 11 children with room to spare. Each person had their own bed and there were enough bathrooms to accommodate us. The large kitchen made it easy to prepare and serve meals to our large group. The pool was just the right size and a great way to cool off. The view is beautiful and there is a walking trail nearby. Our crew enjoyed the pool table and basketball game as well. Our extended family trip was made enjoyable by the house and its amenities.

This was the perfect stay for our wedding party!! The host was SO accommodating, the property is stunning with the most incredible views, and that hot tub is incredible!!! Thank you so so much, this was a weekend to remember.

The home is large and had large rooms for families to occupy. We were a group of 33. Pool and hot tub were clean. Ping pong and billiards were great. Yard activities with pickle ball and volleyball were utilized. We had a lovely time and would come back!

We had a great family reunion for 42 people, where everyone had a bed to sleep in! Bathrooms had to be shared more than ideal, but we all managed. The property and amenities are older but mostly well kept. Check-in process was smooth, and the host helped accommodate us for a different check-out time! Overall, we would stay here again and recommend it to others.

The house was incredibly spacious. Everything we needed for our stay was available. Very clean property with so many amenities for young children and for adults. The hot tub was clean and hot. Overall a very pleasing experience for our large group.

The best rental ever! The pictures truly don’t do it justice. We went for a company retreat and it couldn’t have been better. There were so many rooms, linens and bedrooms plus enough sitting spaces for everyone. The place was very clean, smelled like home and had everything you would need. The pool, game room and hot tub were a huge hit for our staff as well. Cleaning crew was very nice and host went above and beyond to help answer all of our questions. We will definitely be back!

Good not great, the place is a little run down but you get what you pay for. For the price it's a lot of room and the views out of the front and the back deck make it worth the stay. The owner is very responsive and went and got us wine glasses when we asked her to.

Our family had a wonderful stay! The house was clean and beautifully decorated. While it is an older home, it has been maintained and had so much charm. The layout was perfect for our family reunion, with plenty of bedrooms and beds, giving everyone ample space to spread out and relax.The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and everything we needed to prepare meals together. There was also plenty of seating, making it easy for everyone to gather and enjoy meals as a family.One of our favorite parts of the property was the wide variety of activities available. The game room—with pool, ping-pong, foosball, and more—provided hours of entertainment. The theater room was a big hit, and we especially loved spending time in the outdoor pool and hot tub. We also enjoyed playing volleyball and pickleball. There truly was something for everyone, and we appreciated having so many fun options right at the house.The host was also wonderful to work with, providing excellent communication before and during our stay.We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would gladly stay again. We highly recommend this home for large families or groups looking for a comfortable, fun, and welcoming place to gather.

Our stay at this home was delightful. We had plenty of space and sleeping arrangements for our large group. The parcel was spacious with lots of outdoor activities. We spent a lot of time on the deck and in the hot tub and pulled off a pickleball tournament. The kitchen was well equipped for all the home cook meals we enjoyed together with lots of seating at various tables and bars. We enjoyed having two refrigerators too. In addition to the perfect venue, we enjoyed walks on the bike trail and loved going to Heber city, park City, and midway. The towns offered lots of entertainment.

We had our family reunion at this house and all 31 of us slept comfortably with room for more. The game room, theater room and hot tub provided hours of entertainment for the kids while the adults enjoyed the large sitting rooms through out the house. The snow covered mountains were a beautiful landscape to enjoy as well.
