Welcome to your home away from home! This 4 bedroom 3 bath townhouse situated in Banana Bay, a colorful gated waterfront community in Perdido Key Florida on the intercoastal waterway. This house boasts all King Size Beds in every bedroom and huge flat screen TV's each with a large closet perfect for storing your luggage.
A separate room is attached to one of the 2 King Size bedrooms upstairs that holds a full/twin sized bunk bed. In addition, there is a bonus room on the 2nd floor perfect for kids and groups. This room has a foos ball table, arcade game and dart board perfect for everyone. The main floor also has 2 King Size beds and full bathrooms each with marble tile and walk in showers (master has a jacuzzi bathtub). The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances is great for entertaining and has a large laundry room attached. A peaceful outdoor courtyard right outside your back door offers many leisurely hours of relaxation and a gas grill for cooking outside.

Enjoy the community pool and hot tub, or relax on the expansive private white sand beach on-property - yes that is right - it's a 2 minute walk to the beach! Banana Bay is 1.3 miles to the white sand and beautiful water of the Gulf of Mexico. In addition, you are walking distance to Oyster Bar and Sunset Grill which are delicious dining options. If golfing is your bag, you are across River Road from Lost Key Golf Club a 18 hole Arnold Palmer Championship Public Golf Course.
There is something for everyone here @ Banana Bay!

I did not do enough research, but from the pictures and description, I thought it was the bay private beach right out the back door of the unit I rented. It just seemed to be portrayed that way. I didn’t research the details enough. It was wonderful and turned out perfect.

The townhouse was great. The beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of room for all 9 of my family. The only thing that I wish there were improvement on would be a little bit more furniture in the living room. Only enough seating for 4 people in there and there was room for a couple more chairs or maybe a sectional sofa. But othere than that it was excellent. Thank you for your hospitality!!

This property was very nice and perfect for bigger families. Beds were nice too. The private beach in the bay was nice, but depending on the part of the day there was a strong current so we had to really keep our grandson close to shore, plus a lot of boat traffic that sometimes went out of the channel markers. Public beach was located about 2 miles away and a few nice restaurants, so make sure you have a vehicle. Ubers were expensive! Gated community was nice too, a great sense of security. The only negative on this property was the awning on the back did not work, with the heat, the concrete was unbearable most of the days due to high temperatures, so most nights had to go out to eat, which was not planned. However, if you are looking for a quiet place to chill for the week, away from all the tourist activities, this is your place.

Sweet Retreat is more than meets the eye with tons of space to accommodate your friends and family! I have plenty for kids and the beach is a 30 second walk from my front door. This makes it so easy to enjoy either the beach or pool steps from where you are staying!
