This property was exactly what my husband and I were looking for when we planned our trip to Sedona. The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood away from the busier areas but still just a few minutes from shops, restaurants, and nearby hiking trails. The host messaged us a few times to make sure our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed. We would stay here again!

My husband, our 2.5 year old daughter, and I spent 2 nights and wished we could’ve stayed longer! Absolutely loved this spot, perfect size for the 3 of us and great location!

Great stay in a quiet and quaint property. The view from the front porch is amazing. Perfect location for any activities in the Sedona area. If you’re a hiker, you’ll be close to many trailheads. Would definitely recommend this guest house for anyone visiting Sedona!

Having never been to Arizona before and planning this trip with a whole lot of guessing, we somehow managed to pick the absolute perfect place to stay in Sedona!The location couldn’t have been better for all the hiking and exploring we had planned, and the cottage was beyond our expectations! Beautifully remodeled and decorated, incredibly comfortable, clean, peaceful, and quiet. Perfect for 2! Everything about it just felt like Sedona. And all the little crystals scattered throughout were such a fun, thoughtful touch!We absolutely loved the neighborhood, the surrounding nature. We are bird nerds and were able to spot some birds we’ve never seen before right from the porch! The neighboring horses were fun to see and listen to as we sipped on coffee. I even had a little encounter with a coyote across the street one morning while out walking! He stopped, checked me out for a minute, and then casually wandered back into the brush. Just another little bit of Sedona magic!We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay and even had the pleasure of meeting the owners. Such wonderful people!We honestly hated leaving! Thank you for everything, especially for being so kind and responsive. We truly hope to return one day, although we may need to rent the bigger house next time because now our friends and family all want to come too! You guys are so fortunate to experience the magic of Sedona every single day. Thank you for sharing a little piece of it with us!

Was the perfect little home for my husband and I. The bed was comfortable (the most important thing next to cleanliness) and the living space was wonderful. I loved the area as it was away from all the hustle bustle; quiet and peaceful yet close enough to trails and Posse Park for pickleball games. Used the hammock for reading more than once. Excellent place.

A great, clean, well taken care of place that accommodated our long weekend away just perfectly. Just out of town and near the best hiking trails but yet close to town for all Sedona has to offer. Lucky to have found this gem

The guest house was very clean, great location for hiking and day tripping, and loaded with art, stones,gemstones and vortex earth items...Excellent location, beautiful scenery. I would recommend this cabin to book on your Sedona experience.

Everything was perfect, I especially loved the decor, books, and the little details like great drinking glasses and coffee mugs. The location and vibe was amazing. I loved watching the horses.

Great stay

We absolutely loved this little cottage in Sedona ! Great neighborhood…I loved being right next to the neighbors with horses …enjoyed my cup of coffee in the morning with them . It was so quiet and peaceful.

The best thing about this house is the location. The area is quiet and private and was close to the trails that we wanted to do. It’s also close to grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, etc. Everything else about the house was underwhelming. First, even though there is a stove shown in the pics, please be aware there is NO STOVE. While I realize that there is no stove listed under kitchen amenities, if you show a picture of one and say you offer a fully equipped kitchen, it is assumed that there is a stove. Second, the inside of the house needed a deep clean. The baseboards, doorframes, doors, bathroom floor, hallway shelving, top of the washing machine and grill were dirty.Third, there were certain items that would have been nice to have and would have made our experience better but were not provided, such as: *kitchen hand towels (there were 2 small washcloths but no hand towels)*flyswatter*some spices other than just salt and pepper ***games, maybe a cribbage board or even just a simple deck of cards*broom to sweep debris from front porch and walkway*instructions on how to get the water to come out of the shower head (we actually had to call about this and the girl I spoke with seemed to know right away what we were taking about so I’m assuming we weren’t the first to have a problem with this).Also, the view from the porch could be better if they just trimmed some branches. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again.

Sedona Stay

The property was very nice. Away from the busyness in a horse farm area. Super quiet at night with pretty views and bright stars. Very convenient to walking trails and everything in Sedona. This place has everything you need for a enjoyable stay.

Hiker's Paradise

All the essentials for a great stay if you are hiking Sedona area. Kitchen, laundry and very comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet, star filled skies at night. Great location in West Sedona.

Love this place

So perfect for a couple. I enjoyed time in the sun on the hammock and the location is perfect. I love the vibe of this little place and the host and neighbors are amazing! Thanks for an amazing stay! We will bs back :)

Super Cute House with great views!

Beautifully updated house, super functional, great for a couple, waking up with a view of the red rocks was a special treat! Very quiet neighborhood but close access to services, restaurants and easy access to Uptown Sedona. Loved the decor, super comfy bed and great host!

Gorgeous and tranquil

This was the best rental property I’ve ever had the privilege to stay in. The house was very clean and full of little extra touches - the kitchen in particular was well stocked. The decor was so peaceful. The front porch that looked out over Sugarloaf Mountain was absolutely tranquility. The area was very quiet. Just what I was looking for to help me recharge and relax. The location also can’t be beat - it’s very close to popular trails and some great restaurants. It was the perfect stay.

Peaceful Retreat

This little gem was larger than we expected and suited our needs perfectly. From the moment you step through the doors you feel calm and relaxed from this very serene setting. The bed and linens are super comfy. The location is very close to some of the best hiking in Sedona. The location is far enough from the main roads to be super quiet yet close to all the great restaurants. I could not have asked for any more with this rental!

Perfect little getaway

Property mgt was in constant communication to ensure our stay was perfect. The property had all the amenities listed, was clean and well stocked. It was also in a perfect off-the-beaten-path area, jn a great, quiet neighborhood.We did have a couple of small visitors (spiders), but that's to be expected with the location.I do have 1 suggestion: have a journal for visitirs to share & recommend places they went during their stay. May be helpful to future visitors. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.Dawn & Laura

Perfect

This property was absolutely perfect for our needs. Don't look any further if you need a home base to explore the area. The neighborhood was exactly what we wanted: a little off the beaten path and very quiet. We were able to explore all over during the day and know that we were returning to a comfortable, peaceful place to rest. Horses for neighbors!Every time we thought of something that we might need we found that it was already thought of and covered at this property. Kitchen is definitely small, but is arranged thoughtfully and easy to cook in. Everything was super clean when we arrived. 5 stars and more. WHEN we return it will be to stay here again!
